Emerald Waters Beachside Condominiums are nestled on the corner of Holiday Road and Scenic Gulf Drive, just minutes from public golf courses and Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Emerald Waters offers lush landscaping with a spacious heated pool and spa. Unit 108 is at garden level, very close to the pool and to the private beach access which is only few steps away. Our unit is a very spacious and luxurious two bedroom condo, each with its own private bath and small pet friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped and finished in exotic granite. The living room, dining room area is very nicely furnished and extremely comfortable. The Master has a wonderful jet tub. Our condo has a laundry room that includes a full size washer and dryer.
Relax and wake up in the morning for a walk on the beach, a run or walk on the convenient pathway with your family, or enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or latte. Enjoy the short walk to Pompano Joe's (a local eating favorite) and have dinner or a cool drink on the beach. Conveniently located, we are just steps to the beach, an ice cream shop, bagel shop, internet cafe, restaurants and shopping. Take a stroll to nearby Pompano Joe's (a local favorite) and enjoy a brilliant meal or cool drink. A CVS and grocery store are also both very convenient and just minutes away.

Heidi and I have been happily married for 17 years. We have four wonderful children. Heidi and I run a local retail business in the area. We have many friends in Destin with whom we enjoy our weekends and holidays.

We fell in love with Destin when we first visited in 2001. Consequently, we purchased our Pool Side unit in Emerald Waters and hired professional local property managers to manage our property. Our local managers are instructed to keep our unit in tip top shape and ensuring 100% satisfaction to our guests. Most of our business is repeated business and word of mouth referrals.
