no hot water after one shower dangerous dock--loose boards very little kitchen supplies--had to purchase items non working dishwasher 4 kitchen chairs (house is supposed to accomadate more people) hot tub fits one person comfortable 1 lamp only in whole hosue dead mosue in wash machine shower drainage issues leak in ceiling in living room many burnt out bulbsd--normal maintenancve was lackingOwner response: This is the first I heard about no hot water after one shower. The dock has new wood replaced last year. The dishwasher was not working and tenant was aware of this. I wish I was notify about the shower drainage issue when you stayed at the home. We strive to do maintenance in our property and keep it in good conditions. Sorry to hear you were not happy, but wish you would of addressed all your concerns directly to me. Thanks

I would like to thank the owner for a wonderful experience! It is exatcly as advertised! Boat Ramp on Site is Great! Very affordable and extremely clean! Location on the lake is great! We spent an entire week and had a blast. Kids swam all week in the lake! I would suggest this to anyone! Thanks agian for a memorable week!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We rented this home for an out of school bash for our youth ministry. The owners were very easy to work with. The location is perfect. Swimming is perfect of the end of the dock. Thhe hosue is located in a large cove and is very close to open waters. The house is very clean and functional. The lage deck allows for entertaining more than what the sleeping arrangements will allow which allowed us to have more people come over during the day. An on site boat ramp is a huge plus to this house. The house is somewhat secluded on a large lot. This house helped make our event a huge success and we will definately be booking it again in the futher.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

We chose this beautiful vacation property b/c its location. Location,location. It couldn't get any better for us to have access to Lake Norman from the our very own backyard. Also have the property sits 2 acres which is a big plus for our growing family.

When we stay at our property we enjoy it very much, b/c we take our kids on our pontoon boat. We can have our large family get together over and everyone enjoys the peace and fun that the lake has to offer. Our family enjoys jet skiing, kayaking, or just having a quiet picnic al fresco.
