On your right a world-renowned golf course sits, below a gleaming pool and other shared amenities, in front the majestic Bay of Banderas and the Marietta's Islands, and to your far left the thriving and ever-growing Punta de Mita village.
And not only do we have a beautiful view, we have a personal coordinator who will take you outside the comfortable condo and show you the town. She will book any of your needs including: dinner reservations, tee times, airport transfers, grocery purchases, car rentals, baby sitting, zip lining, scuba/snorkeling, fishing trips, etc.
Our unit offers DAILY maid service included in the rental rates. We have a full time concierge service. Our refrigerator is consistently stocked with Mexican cultured cuisine, but if cervezas and guacamole aren't your style, then we can have that fixed to please your appetite.
Our private beach club and surrounding resort's beach clubs are available to you and so are their featured services such as spa and salon treatment. The furniture in our condo is made up of handcrafted antiques from Bali, Indonesia that date back 300 years.
But don't worry, although the place seems sophisticated and fragile, it is completely kid- friendly. Family and friends are welcomed and are encouraged to relax and enjoy the comfortable setting.

Aesthetically speaking, Punta de Mita is top notch and the villas are beyond belief. The condos are a great investment and a great thing to share if you can't be there all the time.

Having a personal coordinator is very helpful and makes you feel as though you are being waited on hand and foot. Not in the annoying sense, but it is extremely relaxing knowing that someone is taking care of your every demand.
