The included golf cart allows for easy access throughout the development and restaurants are within minutes of the unit. Banking, Pharmacy, Super Market (Food Lion) may be reached by golf cart.

Year Purchased: 1997
Jane & Roger Sandler have lived in Sun City since 2000. We moved here from Manassas, VA and have six children and 8 grandchildren ranging in age from 5 to 24. We chose this location because of its proximity to the ocean, airport and medical facilities. We are both retired military and regularly use the medical and shopping facilities at Parris Island Marine base.
Why the Owner Chose Sun City
We bought this villa because it became available shortly after we moved here. It provided us with an investment opportunity and also a place for family to stay when they visit.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
This is a friendly atmosphere where everyone is from somewhere else. Unlike towns and cities across the country, no one grew up here and everyone is looking to find new friends and welcome all who move here.
