My wife and I have loved this neighborhood of Montreal ever since we first visited the Jean-Talon Market. Then, when we visited this triplex when it when up for sale in 2003, we immmediately realized it would be a perfect for visiting tourists. It has been a great success since day one; our guests love the neighborhood and the apartment. We have since moved into the ground floor unit and we xan now fully appreaciate this great neighnorhood.
Why the Owner Chose Montreal
This location has many advantages:
- 8 to 10 minutes walk to three (3) metro stations;
- 8 minut walk to the famous Jean-Talon market;
- 3 minutes walk to Jarry Park, a great green space with a wading pool, swinning pool, sports activities (soccer, beach volleyball, baseball, cricket, tennis) and lots of walk ways and green space.
