The upper level open floor plan includes a large, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, living room, and dining room all with cathedral ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors. A screened-in porch directly off of the kitchen is the perfect spot to enjoy a meal or snack. Ample seating and a gas fireplace in the living room make it a perfect gathering place or a comfy spot to read a book or take a mid-day nap. A large master suite with a private bathroom as well as a hall powder room complete the upper level's indoor space.
Designed so that everyone can come together or escape to have privacy, this home is perfect for your family getaway, a multigenerational family vacation, or for a vacation with your friends.
The life-guarded, white sand, ocean beach is a short five minute walk away. Long Beach Island Arts Foundation is a few blocks to the south and offers children's day camp, yoga, exercise classes, tennis, art classes and more activities for all ages.
Open to rentals all year round. Also a wonderful place for family reunions and anniversary celebrations. Tenants must sign owners addendum attached to lease. This is a smoke-free home.

My family and I rented this house several weeks during the summer and really enjoyed our time there. The house was very clean and has everything you could want or need for a fun, relaxing vacation in LBI. The beach is amazing and just a short walk from the house. The pool is really nice and we enjoyed having an option to the beach during the day. The house also has great views of the bay from all the decks, especially the roof deck. Overall, a great house, in a great Loveladies location. We are defintely planning to return again next summer. Truly a great vacation in LBI!

My family stayed here with my young son and another couple. The layout of the house was perfect with 3 bedrooms and a den on one floor, and a master bedroom, kitchen and another den on the highest floor. It really did feel like home. The house was very clean, and well appointed. The outdoor dining room was nice, especially because it was enclosed so we didn't have to deal with bugs! The kitchen is big and spacious and great for families that like to cook on vacation. The pool was a nice addition, and we split our time between the backyard and the beach which is a short walk across the street. My son had a blast and had plenty of room to run around. We would def come back!
