Partial water views from the second floor. Shady back yard, perfect for summer afternoon BBQ's. Parking for one car in driveway with additional on-street parking directly in front of the house. Deeded beach access to harbor beach directly across the street.
Located a short 15 minute walk through the art galleries and cafes of the East End to the town center. Far enough away to offer a quiet retreat but close enough to take in the lively P-town scene.
Prime July and August weeks available. Saturday to Saturday rentals.
