Our beautiful home is a two story Villa nestled in the gentle hills of the Florida Highlands and is genuinely unique among Central Florida's exclusive communities. All this and yet only a ten minute drive to Disney. Southern Palms has two master suites with king size beds, a queen size bed room and two twin bedrooms ( one upstairs and one downstairs). The furniture package is upgraded throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. The over sized pool area has a range of cushioned pool furniture, including loungers and chairs. The pool area is great for sunbathing and there is shelter from the sun or rain showers. A pool alarm is fitted at the kitchen door for children's safety. The double garage includes the laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Reception is on site in this gated community along with maintenance staff. At night you can enjoy the fireworks from Disney while sitting out at the pool area.
