  This condo is the rare lodging experience that is actually better than the pictures. It's very spacious, extremely comfortable and well-furnished, and equipped with everything. The only minor disappointment was that the beach view from the condo basically requires you to stand on one end of the balcony and look toward the other end, but the proximity to the beach and the quality of the apartment more than compensated. We would enthusastically recommend it and would absolutely stay there again.

  We just returned from our vacation in Siesta Key and rented this 2 BR condo on Crescent Beach. We definitely plan to go back and stay here again. The condo was spacious and immaculate with walk-in closets. The property was spotless. The pool was nice. The location was excellent with restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. As for the beach....absolutely beautiful.....white sand, warm golf water, dolphins here and there. Can't wait to go back!

  It can be overwhelming to locate just the right place when you have to go by gut instincts, some pictures and reviews sent by others. So, I was very relieved and happy with our choice at Dan's condo. The pictures really are what you get, and Dan was so easy to work with. What the pictures don't capture is how quickly your toes are in the most fantastic, beautiful white sand ever. From the front door to the beach was less than 40 seconds. Absouluty a great place for families. No roads to cross or traffic. Shelling was amazing! We had to pick up an extra suitcase to carry all our treasures home. Cooking in the kitchen was so easy, everything you need is there! One quick trip to the grocery store and we were all set for the week. We will be back and next time I will stay more than one week. It did our souls good! .

  This condo is in an fantastic location, the unit is very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The condo is fully equipped with just about anything you would need, a real home away from home. The beach within steps is beautiful white sands with a long beach to walk. Across from great restaurants, fantastic grocery store, and shopping. Be sure to see Scotty in the deli at the grocery store where he prepares a different ready made meal everyday. Working with Dan Kilburg was a pleasure.

  What do they say in real estate? Location, location, location. This condo is in a perfect location on Crescent Beach. Owner is very responsive to phone calls/e-mails. Loved that the grocery store and some restaurants and shops were within walking distance. Flew into Tampa and just under an hour drive gets you to paradise. Very easy rental process. Well-maintained building and condo. Loved Captain Curt's, Turtle's and The Boatyard restaurants. Snorkeling off of the Point of Rocks was fantastic. Gulf water was warm and crystal clear and the sand has feel and texture of powdered sugar. Would stay again...

  The location was amazing and we really enjoyed the condo. The beach is the nicest one we have ever been to. We were able to walk to restaurants and stores. It was a great week and we would rent this condo again - the process was very simple.

  I have been to Siesta Key many times and this condo is the best location that I have ever stayed at. Captain Curt's (which is one of my favorite restaurants), Anna's Deli, and the old crescent market (a small grocery store) is across the street. You can walk to just about anything. My wife enjoyed the shopping across the street. The condo is in excellent condition and very clean. My wife and I slept on the King mattress in the master bedroom and it was very comfortable. I loved the new tv. We have stayed at other condos in Siesta Key that were a lot more expensive that don't compare to this unit or the location. The owner is great and very helpful. We will definitely be booking this condo in the future. Thanks Dan for a great vacation.

  The condo is truly right on Siesta Key Beach and that alone tells the whole story! We actually spent New Years Eve on the white sand complete with champagne, fireworks and a blue moon...incredible! Excellent local restaurants some within walking distance and many the owner will recommend to you...just ask! Rental places close by for bikes, scooters, kayaks or boats.The only downside is the condo really needs some TLC in terms of basic improvements (e.g. the old shower diverters will squeal waking everyone up in the morning and no ventillation). If you have 6 in your party you will be cramped (unless 1 family w/kids). Otherwise, great memories in a great loacation!

  This condo is in a perfect location and in excellent condition. There are restaurants, shopping and a grocery store across the street. Everything is very convenient. We ate a lot at Captain Curts and Anna's deli which is across the street. My husband had lunch at Anna's just about everyday. Their sandwiches are delicious. We really enjoyed ourselves staying in this unit. The owner is great. We have already booked our vacation for next year. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

  We went with another couple and had a lot of fun. I have been going to Siesta Key for about 20 years and I'm so glad I found this unit. I will always rent this unit in the future. It's in great condition and the price is very reasonable. The owner really goes out of his way to make sure you have a great experience. He would get back to my emails and phone calls right away. Can't wait to go back.
