This superbly equipped, remodeled and top floor (3rd) condo has it all!! It is a great space to gather for a fantastic time here in Telluride, while taking in those amazing views!
This unit is located right in the town of Telluride, on the San Miguel River, just steps away from the ski lifts and close to everything town has to offer. Skiing, snowboarding, hiking and biking are all right out your door!
The space is very open and has been tastefully decorated and equipped. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable with upgraded linens. The loft area with 2 twin beds is perfect for adding additional beds. Kitchen appliances are full sized and all the necessities for cooking are included.
The living space offers a feeling of great relaxation with a large sectional couch offering a fantastic gathering place to partake in the expansive views, right out the large windows and French doors. Vaulted ceiling are in every room, adding to the drama and uniqueness of this fine property.
The close proximity to town is an added bonus. Everything is in walking distance; ski lifts, restaurants, bars, shopping, galleries, festival venues, plus so much more. One other added bonus is the on-site parking.
For those who do not like to walk or may be impaired, the Galloping Goose (free shuttle system), picks up at the corner of the complex approx. every 20 minutes and makes a loop through town.
The condo complex offers a year-round heated pool and hot-tub. Bring the outdoors inside while you enjoy this great condo as you sit in the Living room and become mesmerized by the outstanding beauty that surrounds you.
Find yourself hypnotized by Ingram Falls, which is located at the end of this box canyon. Watch as Telluride, Ajax and Ballard Peaks take on the color of pink or red from the amazing alpenglow. The dramatic mountainscape and skies over Telluride are stunning!!
