  The listing and photos were very much 'on spot.' This condo is in a nice area, within 5 blocks of Lincoln Rd Mall with great restaurants and shopping and Collins Ave/Ocean Drive can be walked- bit of a hike as it is 10-12 blocks away, but an easy walk. Lucy was very nice to work with and very prompt with her communication. We've staid in other VRBO's where bath soap/laundry detergent were included, but not here so bring your own. We did have an issue with dirty linens when we checked in, but with the washer/dryer in the condo, we just washed them and didn't bother the owner. Mentioned this at checkout and they were going to talk to the cleaning lady, so hopefully that won't be an issue. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay in Miami Beach.

  I have to say, this condo exceeded my expectations in comfort, price and location! Well worth considering staying here. Walking distance from anything you need from the beach, grocery, nightlife, shopping and awesome restaurants. Lucy was extremely accomodating and cooperative. The views from the balcony were so spectacular, I didn't even go to sleep the first night I was there! We had 7 women at the condo and it was very spacious and comfortable...way better than a hotel and the building is very secure. This was my first visit to SoBe and what a memorable one! I will not stay anywhere but here if I go back!

  My family and I spent last week in this very neat place, extremely well situated at waterfront SB. We very much appreciated the kids friendly atmosphere and easy access to all amenities. We would love to come back again.

  This is an absolutely beautiful condo in one of the best locations on South Beach. No need for a car as everything is a short walk or a very short cab ride. Lucy and her staff were more than helpful. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in town!

  Discovered this place when I used to live in South Beach, and needed place for my family to stay while visiting. We loved it so much we recently stayed there again. Beautiful condo. Very spacious with a great view of downtime Miami. Also, the place is kept clean. The modern furniture makes for a great feel (nothing tacky!). Great pool as well. It's a great way to see South Beach. Far enough off the major strips to be a bit quieter and relaxing. But walking-distance from all the action. Great find!

  Me and my family loved it. We are definitely returning next year and telling our friends about it. This is the place to stay. It’s location is better than you could ever ask for, in the heart of Miami Beach. The staff was always smiling and greeting us warmly. The breathtaking view from both of the balconies was just stunning. The apartment was squeaky clean when we got there. And last but definitely not least- The owner was a pure pleasure to work with, thank you Lucy for making this stay that much more enjoyable.

  Very happy with the condo. Great location, great views over looking the bay and the city. We stay here every year. Lots of room and very quiet. Comfortable beds and HD flat screen tv. The owner is a pleasure to deal with. This is the best place to stay in Miami Beach for the money. You can see the sunset from one balcony and the sunrise from the other balcony.
