My husband and I stayed here in November and had an amazing time. The apartment is exactly as it is advertised; it is spacious, light and airy and had everything we needed. The location is great; it's close to Union Square, Fifth Avenue and lots of restaurants and is an easy walk to the West Village and Meatpacking District. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the apartment. It is light, bright and spacious. Actually it looks just like the photos! We loved being able to return to our cozy apartment after long days out exploring. The location was great and the manager was gracious. Thank you!

My girlfriend and I stayed for 10 nights at this Condo. The place was perfectly clean, in a great location and it had everything that the website claims. You are literally 10 meters from the orange subway line that takes you north and south throughout Manhattan in a second!! Brilliant! When we return to NYC, we will be returning to this apartment!

The bathtub would not drain so showering was not pleasant , one night there was no hot water ,another night there was a raging party overhead until 4 am. It is otherwise a pleasant place in a great part of town.

Owner response:I do wish this guest would have contacted me as soon as they discovered a problem. They only informed me of these issues in a text message after they had already checked-out. We have 3 extremely popular Chelsea apartments and I always tell every guest to please contact me if there is a problem or if there is anything they need. Guest comfort, safety and satisfaction is always our top priority. We have never had a problem with the tub drain before. After receiving this guest's text message, I immediately went to the apartment. In less than five minutes I found the guest's shampoo bottle-cap in the drain causing the blockage. It obviousy had fallen in after this guest's check-in as there was no problem before their arrival. This could have been fixed immediately during their stay had they informed me. Once I removed the bottle cap the drain was back to normal. We've never had a problem with lack of hot water, and in fact have had many return guests who love the apartment. We've had this apartment for 4 years and are always booked solid. All of our other guests have given us 5 out of 5 star reviews. Again, if they had contacted me the night of the supposed party I could have gone to the apartment to assess and correct any problems. Instead, I was never informed until after their check-out. This made it impossible for me to ascertain whether their claims were true or false. When I questioned the live-in super, and the other apartments on the same and upper floors, not one person said they heard any party or anything adverse going on during this guest's stay. The building has strict rules about parties and noise. NYC apartments have concrete slab ceilings and walls, and are very quiet and sound-proofed from the other apartments. With a live-in super, it is impossible for an apartment to create such disturbing noise without being noticed by other residents and/or the super, and immediately stopped. At least the guest admits that the apartment is a "pleasant place in a great part of town". We welcome and take all guest feedback quite seriously and are always striving to deliver the best possible experience for your NYC stay. To all future guests, I urge you to please contact me immediately if there is a problem or anything you need. I look forward to welcoming you to NYC.

Me and a friend stayed here for 3 nights, and that was far too short a stay for us - we loved it here! Gorgeous place, comfy beds, great kitchen, lovely bathroom, cute loft space, and so close to everything you need! There's a great 24hr diner 2 seconds away which is definately worth a visit or 3! Only a 2 minute walk to the shops nearby and a 15minute walk to greenwich village :) The owner was brilliantly helpful and friendly - I would definately recommend this place. Thanks :)
