This beach house is located right across the road from Pensacola Beach Sound and within a five minute walk to the Gulf. It has a nice deck with a wonderful view of the Sound. It was damaged in Ivan and Dennis and we have put all new appliances and have replaced all the furniture since these storms. It has also been painted on the outside recently.
We have two bicycles there for your use and an outside shower with hot and cold water.
There is a walkover right across from the house where there is swimming and also a place to anchor a boat. Pensacola Beach is coming back and is one of the most beautiful beaches on the gulf coast. Since the storms no houses have been built across from us so we are really water front even though we are across the road. It is a great place to spend a family vacation.
