Large (90m, 1000 square feet) one bedroom apartment, second floor in three-story, 1940-vintage historic art deco building in the heart of La Condesa, a short distance from the Zona Rosa, and ten minutes from the historic center.

Around the corner from the beautiful Parque Mexico, we are located on a quiet, impeccably maintained tree-lined street, walking distance to many restaurants and clubs, one block from an eight-screen cinema, and convenient to public transportation. We are also a short walk to a wonderful traditional food market, as well as an 'upscale' modern supermarket.

The apartment, newly restored in its original style, is quiet, has a separate fully equipped kitchen, A good quality queen size bed sleeps one or two.
