Boardwalk Beach Resort (completed in June 2005) has quickly gained the reputation as the premier resort in Panama City Beach. From the moment you step into the spectacular lobby, you know you have come to the right place for a great vacation. Come enjoy the casual elegance of this sophisticated, yet comfortable end unit condo, with nine foot ceilings, crown molding, granite counter tops, ceramic tiled floors, upgraded furniture and accessories throughout.
Enjoy the ocean view from the 12th floor while creating a light lunch or dinner in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen complete with granite countertops and the latest appliances, Kitchen includes blender, toaster and plenty of barware and serving dishes for entertaining.
The main living/dining area has full size sleeper sofa, loveseat, reading chair, dining table with six chairs and four bar stools around the granite breakfast bar. Relax and enjoy the TV, A DVD, or the stereo. Sliding glass doors open to the balcony with table with six chairs perfect for dining outside. Wireless internet access is available through WiFi. You can check your email or complete that undone work task. There is also an activity center off the main lobby with a computer, copier, fax and even your daily morning paper. This is the perfect space to enjoy your vacation with plenty of room for everyone.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, comfortable chair and armoire with TV. The master bath dressing area has double marble vanity sinks and a walk-in closet. The separate bath area has a marble shower, jetted tub and a window shelf with a view of the gulf. Sliding glass doors open to the balcony with two chairs.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed , armoire with TV. The bedroom is adjoining with a full bath with tub and shower combination.
The bunk room (third bedroom) has bunk beds.
This resort is right across the street from a golf course! The Boardwalk Beach Resort is located on the west end of Thomas Drive. The resort amenities include a 2500 square foot zero entry pool, two hot tubs, a children's pool area with interactive water sprays and fountains, fitness center, arcade and indoor activity center. The Tiki bar is open daily for drinks and snacks or meals. Enjoy live music in the season Thurs - Sunday evenings. Rent directly from the owner.
No pets allowed. No smoking. The primary renter must be 25 years of age and stay the entire period. (STRICTLY ENFORCED).
