Built in 2000, this amazing private home is perched above the Summerwood neighborhood boasting panoramic views! With a large driveway and three car garage, this 5,000 square foot home is equipped to house several vehicles.
The main entryway greets you with stone slab floors, log railings and a beautiful wooden bench. Continue on to the open dining room complete with eight chairs and plenty of natural light. The gourmet kitchen boasts granite counter tops, a breakfast bar for four and an additional table for two. Walk out to the vast, multilevel deck complete with amazing mountain views, table and chairs and a gas grill for your enjoyment. Off of the kitchen is the laundry room, half bath and the entrance to the three car garage.
From the vast entryway, step down a half flight of stairs to the great room. Decorated with leather/fabric furniture, glass top tables and a beautiful stone fireplace, this room is perfect for evening entertaining with a 32" flat screen TV. The sofa sleeper offers additional sleeping arrangements. Walk out to the deck to view the mountains or simply open the blinds of the floor to ceiling windows. A wet bar, complete with a mini fridge is nestled in the corner.
The master bedroom is also located off the main entryway. Step down the stairs to his and her walk in closets on the right and an enormous master bathroom to the left. The bath is complete with a Jacuzzi tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double sinks and a vanity. The master suite also walks out to yet another deck with mountain views and lounge chairs. Boasting a king log bed, a beautiful log chaise lounge, its own gas fireplace and 32" flat screen television, this room is sure to truly relax the body and soul.
Head downstairs to the landing and down the hall on the left is a second bedroom equipped with a queen bed, 32” flat screen TV and en suite full bathroom. Continue down the hall to the third bedroom boasting a king iron four poster bed, 32" Flat screen TV, bay window and en suite bathroom.
From the landing, head down a half flight of stairs to additional sleeping accommodations. The fourth bedroom offers a queen. The fifth bedroom has two bunk beds (four twins) and walks out to a small patio. Just outside the bedroom doors is a full bath to share, complete with double sinks. All the bathrooms in the house, with the exception of the master bathroom, have imported Mexican ceramic sinks in bright hand painted colors.
The lower level family room is perfect for entertaining the family or a large group with multiple interests. This spacious room offers a large couch, 60” flat screen television, DVD player, stereo system on one end, card table for four and walk out patio to the private outdoor hot tub. The other end of the room has a pool table, foos ball table and shuttle board table, 3/4 bathroom and bar complete with bar stools for your pleasure. This beautiful home will accommodate up to 14 people comfortably.
The Summerwood neighborhood is conveniently located just 3.7 miles from Keystone Resort and only 4 miles from Dillon. The neighborhood has a clubhouse located less than a 1/2 mile from the home with an outdoor seasonal pool and tennis courts, indoor year round hot tub, indoor racquet ball/basketball court and workout facility.
