Year Purchased: 1973
Our family is the original owner of this cute and comfortable studio apartment locate in Cond. Playa Azul III, which is part of three buildings complex in Luquillo Beach in Puerto Rico. It is 750 square foot studio which feels larger because a 18' glass wall facing the beach. The apartment is well maintained and have new kitchen equipment, including refrigerator, microwave, cabinets and counter stools. Recent renovations include bathroom fixtures and paint. The complex have 24 hours security by cameras and guard. It is walking distance from the famous Luquillo Beach and it have it's own private beach and inside the complex you will enjoy tennis and basketball court, two pools (including toddlers pool), play equipment for kids and a clubhouse. Also, there is a grocery store, drug store, gas station, bank ATM, Laundromat, and several restaurants. Nearby you will find the world famous El Yunque Rain Forest, the Westin Rio Mar and El Conquistador Hotels with casinos.

I wanted a quiet and beautiful beach spot for my family, close by to many amenities and just 35 minutes from San Juan. I also liked the view of the beach and the mountains and the security and hotel facilities.
