We just returned from our 3rd extended stay at this villa. We had a fabulous time and the villa met all of our needs. Kevin and Heidi (owners) were extremely helpful in making sure we had a good stay and that all of our need were met. We have already booked again for next year. If you are considering renting a villa pay attention to the advertisement. What you see is what you get. You will be 5 minutes from the beach and a short walk or bike ride to many restaurants, shops or grocery stores. I would certainly recommend this villa to friends and relatives. Give it a try. You will like it.

My husband and I recently stayed in your villa with our friends and 2 pre-teen children for Thanksgiving week. We were so pleased with the location! We enjoyed being within walking distance to both the beach, Coligny Square shopping district and bike rental locations. It was also easy to prepare meals in the kitchen with items provided. There was plenty of room for the six of us to have our own space, but then also get together for game night! You have a fantastic place where you can be as active or as relaxed as you want. What a way to unwind over the Thanksgiving holiday--Thanks!

Kevin and Heidi we want to thank-you for sharing your villa with us again this year. For those who may be considering a trip to HHI we want to advise that we have just returned from our second extended stay at this Villa. The ad you see very much reflects what you get. The villa was very clean when we arrived and we found that it was easy to keep clean. Kevin and Heidi will do what they can to make your stay a pleasant one. For us, the best feature of this Villa is the location. From here you can bike to church, to the local coffee shop, to 3 different grocery stores, to over 20 restaurants and, of course, to the beach which is only 3 minutes away. When you combine the location with the villa features you have the conditions for a great holiday. We have no reservations in recommending this villa to other travellers. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

We had a great time in Hilton Head and really enjoyed staying in your condo.  The accommodations were good and comfortable.  If we have the occasion to vacation again in Hilton Head we would definitely consider your condo for rental. Hi, Your place was just perfect for my family.  It is so spacious!  Thank you so much, we enjoyed ourselves and the beach-that is a nice walk.  We also rode bikes and enjoyed that.  Hope you found everything satisfactory-we actually left early (Wed.) due to a family emergency.  We had a very nice family vacation.

Good Location, dirty Condo

This condo is in a good location in relation to the beach and Coligny Plaza. However, it was very dirty and in need of some major attention. Everything from dresser drawers to the vacuum were falling apart. The bathrooms and floors were very dirty. I had to do my own cleaning while on vacation to feel like it the place was clean enough for my kids. There was also a distinct smell of cat urine in the unit even though pets aren't allowed. I would not recommend this stay in. Spend the extra money for some place nicer and cleaner. I learned my lesson, you get what you pay for.

Owner response:We're always upset when someone is disappointed in our property. It causes stress for us when someone is unhappy and we do everything we can to avoid that. This is only the 2nd or 3rd complaint we've received about cleanliness in over 5 years. We checked the dresser drawers and did repair one with a broken drawer track. We didn't find any issues with the vacuum. It does have two pieces that are made to separate, but they slide right back together. We contacted the renter that was there the following week to see if we could schedule a carpet cleaning, but they didn't want us to bother. We heard no other complaints about smell. We're always happy to address concerns about cleaning if a renter contacts us while they are there. If necessary, we can have the cleaning company return.

Just wanted to drop you a note to say that we enjoyed our stay at your villa. The location was great and the facilities were very good. There is one thing however that needs your attention, the barbeque needs to be replaced. When we used it we noticed that the burner is almost rusted out (as is the body) and shoots up yellow flames. This could soon become a fire hazard and should be addressed sooner than later. Other than that we were very comfortable in your place. (Owner note: We replaced the grill burner the following week as an immediate fix and replaced the entire grill with a new one a few weeks later.)

I wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you!  We had a wonderful vacation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your villa.  Everything was very nice and comfortable.  I especially enjoyed your reading library since I finished my book our second day there and failed to bring another.  My husband and I left a couple of books there to share with others.   There are a couple of things I thought you’d want to be aware of.  When we arrived on Sunday around 2:30, the front door of the villa was pulled to, but not completely closed or locked.  We thought the cleaning people were still inside, but that was not the case.  Also, we were not able to locate any keys.  We checked the kitchen counters and bookshelf, but never found keys anywhere.  It wasn’t a problem since we used the keypad code, but just thought you should be aware.       As our luck would have it, we were the “unlucky ones” who had no propane in the grill tank.  We did make an exchange, so I’ll send my receipt to you in the mail.  Thank you again for a wonderful vacation.  We truly enjoyed our stay.  Hopefully, we can stay again soon! (Owner Note: We addressed the door being open with our cleaning company. It's always good to know these things.)

Just wanted to drop a note and let you know we had so much fun and the villa was great.  We will definitely check with you the next time we come down to see if your villa is available.  I hope everything was in great condition when we left. You didn't give me any cleaning instructions so I just ran the dishwasher, tied the trash, and put all the towels and sheets by the washer. Anyway, we had a blast. Thank you so much.

Wow! We had an awesome week in Hilton Head. Thank you so much for renting out your place.  In the past, we have always rented 2 bedroom condos and a 3 bedroom was so ROOMY and a pleasure to stay in for the 6 of us. The weather was fantastic, so we were able to go on lots of bike rides, swim in all 3 pools and spend time at the ocean.   We enjoyed reading your restaurant recommendations and have 2 of our own to add: The Sea Shack was fantastic. My husband said it was the best sea food he has had in a long time. There was also plenty for the kids to choose from. Our other one was Gumpy's NY style deli. After living in NY, it was great to visit an authentic deli. The best part is that they have a 2nd location in Atlanta near us that we never knew about.   Thank you so much! We hope to be able to stay at your condo again in the future.

Hello, just wanted to let you know we really enjoyed staying in your villa.  The kids loved having all the space.  It was perfect for grandma having a bedroom on the main floor.  I enjoyed having a washer and dryer so when we arrived home I didn't have a week of laundry to do.  Thanks again we will keep you in our book if we ever travel to Hilton Head again. We had a wonderful time. Your place is great. Thanks so much. The weather was great on Monday, Tuesday and Wed. It rained on Thursday and cloudy on Friday and Saturday. Mike had to go home on Thursday night for work. The kids and I drove home on Sat night leaving the island about 5:00 pm. We drove straight thru and arrived home early Sun. am We thank you for renting to us.
