Villas Playa Blanca is located 20 minutes south of Zihuatanejo (10 minutes from the airport) on 10 miles of secluded white sandy beach. Enjoy swimming, body surfing, boogie boarding (and more) in the waves of Playa Blanca. Guests of Villas Playa Blanca are removed from the hustle and bustle of the mainstream tourists but close enough to get into town for additional amenities.
This amazing ocean-front villa will feel your home away from home! You will find all the comforts of home in this beautiful 2-level Mexican contemporary adobe style villa (brick and concrete construction) located on the peaceful stretch of beach known as Playa Blanca. The villa is well-equipped with all the amenities needed to make your stay enjoyable.
The villa is located just a few steps from the beach so be prepared to feast your eyes and senses on the unobstructed ocean and sunset views while enjoying a refreshing ocean breeze that makes hot afternoons and happy hour(s) quite comfortable sitting on the palapa covered patio.
Guests will enjoy 3-1/2 acres of lush private surroundings of Villas Playa Blanca which is located within a a gated community that consists of 12 units. The units offer the true flavour of Mexican architecture. Each unit houses 2 villas for a total of 24 villas on the property. Our oceanfront villa is located on the beach known as Playa Blanca, which stretches over 10 miles of pristine white sandy shoreline.
The manicured beachfront grounds are beautifully landscaped with tropical plants, coconut palms and plenty of grassy area to relax or enjoy playing games. Because of the spaciousness of the property you will never feel crowded.
Your toughest decision will be to choose the beach or the pool for a swim. They are both just steps away from your villa. If you choose the pool, you can always watch the ocean and waves from the edge of the infinity pool which is located just 20 yards up from the beach. Remember to keep your eyes open for your own personal show from the playful dolphins that swim by regularly. You may even catch a glimpse of the whales as they migrate through the bay.

We have had the good fortune to have travelled to many countries, having opportunities to meet wonderful people, experience cultures and create memories from all over the world.
Why the Owner Chose Zihuatanejo
We have been travelling to Mexico on vacation for years, but after visiting Zihuatenajo for the first time in 2006, it really grabbed us. We loved how unspoiled and quaint Zihua was with its low rise buildings and cobblestone streets. Not to mention how fabulous the locals are.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
Undoubtedly the most notable special feature of our villa is it's location on the property. Because the villa is located so close to the beach, guests get the advantage of full, unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean from the palapa-covered terraces or inside the villa. There is nothing that can compare to sitting on your patio and watching the sunset each and every night. A sight that we can never tire of. Another special feature that comes with the location of the villa is the ocean breeze that makes those hot afternoon happy hours very comfortable while sipping margaritas on the patio.
