We've lowered the rates to accommodate the economy. This Dunes of Seagrove condo has a wide patio and full open view of our beautifully landscaped, multi-level, 7500 square foot pool/hot tub out to the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The upper level pool is heated. Floor to ceiling windows affords the same view from the living room and kitchen as well as the master bedroom with patio access from both areas.
The unit is professionally decorated and awarded "platinum" status. Furnished to be comfortable and beach live-able. Fully-equipped kitchen with built-in microwave, refrigerator with door access water/ice, small appliances include toaster oven, hand mixer, coffee pot, and blender - all the items you need to cook and entertain.
Living room furnished with new queen-size sleeper sofa, 27 inch cable connected TV/DVD and stereo CD/Tape/radio. Dining area includes marble top table with six chairs. Additional seating at kitchen counter with two bar stools. Or, dine on the patio table set and enjoy the sunset.
Master Bedroom - king-size bed, remote controlled cable connected TV/VCR, sliding glass door to patio.
Master Bath - separate shower, jetted oversized tub, dual sinks.
Guest bedroom - queen-size bed, remote controlled cable connected TV/VCR.
Guest Bath - private entrance from Guest Bedroom.

Why the Owner Chose Dunes of Seagrove
Once I moved to the South, I always vacationed in Destin and decided one year to try Seagrove and Santa Rosa Beach along 30-A. I never went back to Destin. Our family loves this area and my son, Billy, was married there in 2004. This is the only place our family goes on vacation. We love it.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
This unit is so comfortable. It has a very large balcony with a terrific view of the pool and gulf. The sunsets are beautiful. What's unique to this complex is the fitness center including a sauna. It also has a well kept tennis court. Sitting right on the sand, the complex is sought after all year round. The snow birds love the activities in the winter too.

Hello. I appreciate your visiting this site. I don't own this unit but I manage it for a friend of mind. I have three children - Mike, Billy and Teri - all grown and healthy, thank goodness. I am a grandmother of triplets (shown here with Will, Abby and Marie at 11 months)and loving every minute of it. I live in Woodstock, GA and am fortunate to have two jobs that I love. My 2nd job is managing condos at the beach for a group of friends. Growing up in Philadelphia, I've always loved the beach and "going down to the Jersey shore" as we called it up there. When I discovered the Gulf Coast in the 80s I knew I wanted to spend my vacations in the clear waters of the Emerald Coast and feel the white sugar sand between my toes. I can't say that any other beach I've been to has come close to these beaches.
