Come visit in the fall and watch the leaves in the Daniel Boone Forest change to wonderful shades of terra cotta, persimmon and gold. Our rates have dropped, so we are very affordable during this beautiful time of the year.
This nicely decorated lake view chalet is fully furnished with three bedrooms, sleeps 8, living room, kitchen, 2 baths, laundry. Also furnished is a gas grill, pool table, hot tub and fireplace. The rental includes use of the Resort's 3 swimming pools, tennis courts and hiking trails. You are located 15 minutes from General Burnside Island State Park & Marina that features a large 6 boat ramp or overnight slip rentals. Or enjoy the newly designed 18 hole golf course that a number of holes overlook the lake. Lees Ford Marina is 30 minutes away with a full service restaurant & bar and also boat rentals and slips. This is a new listing, therefore most dates are currently open.
For day trips Cumberland Falls is 25 miles away and Somersplash Waterpark is a 30 minute drive. In the summer, enjoy Somernites Cruise Car show in downtown Somerset. There will be lots of tourism brochures to look through if your looking to explore the area.

This house has a lake view and a boat ramp adjacent to the property. Our daughter owns the house next door and her in-laws live down the street.
The Unique Benefits of this House
There is a built in swimming pool next to the house and a gazebo with out door fireplace. Plenty of hiking trails. Private security gates. The house has cable TV, gas fireplace, whirlpool, gas grill, screened in porch and all the amenities of home. It is beautifully decorated.
