This beautiful, gated, luxury non-smoking villa at the world famous Waikoloa Beach area is located next to the Hilton Waikoloa Beach resort where you can swim with the dolphins. The villa is right next to the King Shops, Queens Marketplace, beach, golf courses and within minutes of many other very nice courses.
The villa is approximately 2200 square feet and is two stories with three (3) bedrooms upstairs for a great family experience. The villa has 19-foot vaulted ceilings in the living room and has a luxury kitchen. Granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms.
Right out the back door is the gate to the pool with a lava waterfall and a hot tub. With a second pool and jacuzzi on the property. Like to go to the beach? There is a beautiful beach less than a mile away (Anaheho'omalu Beach).
The Waikoloa Colony Villas is an upscale gated community in the world-famous Waikoloa Resort. The resort is located on the 15th fairway of the spectacular beach golf course and offers stunning views of Mauna Kea, lava fields, and swaying palm trees. All villas offer upscale "at home" comforts and decorated in a casual yet designer inspired furnishings. All suites are oversized, have fully-equipped kitchens, and generously sized furnished lanais.
Golfers will enjoy preferential rates. After the game, guests can unwind in our swimming pool and jet spa. Complimentary tennis and our fitness center are available for a non-golf workout. Nearby shopping and dining are available at the Kings Shops. The villas are conveniently located 17 miles north of the Kona Airport.

Our family,(2 adults,2 young kids) stayed in this condo October 2011, we had an excellent time. Very nice comfortable unit, all the amenitis you need. Kids each had their own room with t.v.'s. Nice to have laundry utilites in unit, parking garage right off kitchen. Overall fantastic vacation, great rates, will stay here again for sure.

Just returned from this vacation destination and I have to say that this villa was by far the best vbro rental experience we have had. It exceeded our expectations in quality, cleanliness and size. It felt like staying in a luxury home with all the big island amenities nearby. Cant wait to return and will recommend to all our family and friends.

My family stayed here during the week of Fourth of July. The owner handled everything quickly and made it so easy to reserve. The condo is beautiful, decorated in island motif. The unit is very clean, comfortable, relaxing and equiped with everything you need for a great vacation in Hawaii. (Besides all the kitchen, bathroom and laundry appliances/necessities; the garage had an ice chest for picnics at the beach and boogie boards and sand toys etc.) There is so much space with the main living downstairs with a half bath and all the 3 bedrooms upstairs with two baths and lots of closet space with organizers; it made it so convenient for early risers or those who wanted to stay up late to have their own space and quiet. The pool with bbq grills, hot tub, & fitness room is right next to the unit which was very handy but still quiet and private with the landscaping done the way it is. The unit is gated for security and the ladies in the office building were very friendly and even printed out our boarding passes for us. It is located so close to the shops, restaurants, the golf course club house, the beach, and everything you need to have a great tropical vacation. My family loved the condo and the area. I am reserving it again for a week next year for a group of my friends.

Aloha! This is a great place to stay if your heading to the Big Island. Your in the convenience of the Waikoloa Resort but still away from the Hotel's. The condo itself is great. All the items you would need are already there. We used the BBQ at the pool many times. I will be back again. Thanks for the great stay! Andrew Johnson

We were thrilled with the villa. It was exactly as shown on the internet. As my daughter said as we were coming home,"you know this place is starting to feel like home". We loved Hepauna Beach which was about a 15 min.drive from here. The Queen's market was great and we were there everyday. We ended up cooking all our meals here as well. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes we needed. We found it very relaxing sitting on the deck and the pool was very close to us. It is a gated area and is very quite. We had 5 adults staying in the place and never felt crowded. We all would go back there in a second. Irene was a great person to deal with. She got back to me right away whenever I emailed her with questions,(because as we know some people don't). Thanks you to the people who own it and opened up your place to us. We had a great family vacation there and we would all do it again.
