The beautifully landscaped yard includes a two-acre lawn on rolling hills. The house is set at the end of a private road and is surrounded by woods, providing unique seclusion, but is only minutes from the Village of Florida (Town of Warwick) for food shopping.
Large (heated) in-ground pool. Large deck off of house has a hot tub which seats six to seven people and has outside dining room table. The hot tub is set under the trees and provides a perfect setting to kick back in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine under the stars.
1,700 sq. ft ranch home has large rooms, including big living room (plenty of space for any needed extra mattresses), master bedroom with king-sized bed and skylight, cozy second bedroom (barn wood) which sleeps three with high ceilings, and elegant dining room.

Kids will love the "kids club house" (a separate small building on the property decorated for kids), the 14 ft trampoline (with safety net) and the swing set.
Enjoy antiquing, excellent restaurants and bars (with live music) and shopping in Warwick (5 minute drive away) or at Woodbury Commons (20 minutes away), the well-known outlet shopping center. Spend the afternoon browsing the many artisanal stores in the nearby artist village Sugarloaf.
