Welcome to our home away from home! We purchased our 10th floor, 2 BR/2 BA condo in May 2009 and completely remodeled and decorated it - everything is new - including the flooring and drapes! We have furnished our condo with luxury furnishings to make your stay here comfortable and relaxing. It comfortably sleeps six.
Our spacious condo is beautifully decorated and has wonderful beach views from the kitchen, living area and master bedroom, and golf course views from the guest bedroom.
Enjoy the views in the master bedroom with floor to ceiling (and wall to wall) windows that overlook the beach, and enjoy the balcony access. It has a luxury king size bed and your own LCD TV with DVD player. The attached bathroom has dual vanities in the dressing area, hair dryer, large walk in closet, a large soaking tub, and a separate glass enclosed shower with marble surround.
The guest bedroom has a luxury queen size bed and also has a LCD TV and DVD player. This room also has a large closet to store all of your belongings. The attached bathroom has a tub/shower combo with marble surround, and has a hair dryer.
Relax in the living area on the large sofa that converts to a comfortable queen bed. Unique coffee table has 2 pull out ottomans for additional seating, or playing games, and there's a comfy club chair! There is a 42" LCD TV with DVD player. There is cable and movies on demand. There is also high speed internet in the condo and wireless in the lobby.
The living area has wall to wall windows that open to the balcony - where you have a balcony height table and 4 chairs - where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful view while enjoying your morning coffee.
Dining area has dining table and 4 chairs. There is also a breakfast bar with 4 stools.
The luxury kitchen has granite countertops and is equipped with everything you could need to enjoy a gourmet dinner, and has new, state of the art, stainless steel appliances. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
As comfortable as our condo is, you're going to love all of the outdoor activities at Boardwalk. Kids love the Splash Zone children's pool with interactive water toys, while parents can relax on the sun deck and watch them. Everyone loves the 2500 sq. ft. zero entry heated pool and the two hot tubs. Enjoy a cold drink, or a meal, at the beachfront Tiki Bar and then go for a stroll on the beautiful, white sand beaches! The Tiki Bar has live entertainment Thursday - Saturday nights.
Boardwalk has an optional Kid's Program that the kids love! My kids especially love the family movie nights on the beach on the big screen!
The Boardwalk also offers you optional daily or weekly access to its state of the art fitness center, sauna and steam room. There is also an activity center off the main lobby with a computer, copier, fax and even your daily morning paper. This is the perfect space to enjoy your vacation with plenty of room for everyone!
There is No Smoking (inside or on the balcony) and No Pets. In addition, the resort requires the primary renter to be at least 25 years of age and stay the entire period. (STRICTLY ENFORCED).
There is a $300 security deposit that is refundable after a departure inspection. Rates DO NOT include taxes, or one time cleaning fee of $90. Rates are subject to change, and may be higher for Holidays and Special Events.

We are the Clements from Fayetteville, GA. We love the beach, and have dreamed of owning a condo here, so when we bought this unit it was a dream come true! It's a short drive down from Fayetteville, and we love spending time here relaxing and watching the sunsets over the gulf!
Why the Owner Chose Boardwalk Beach Resort
We have always loved Panama City Beach for its white sand beaches and emerald water, but we chose Boardwalk because we love the location on Thomas Dr., and the proximity to fantastic restaurants and shops. The gated security feature of Boardwalk is also an added bonus.

This is a great condo that's in top-notch condition. It was spotless when we arrived, and it truly has a 'home' feel. Incredible view, great appliances, and everything you need for a great stay. We have young kids, so they especially enjoyed the kids splash pool. Zena was very responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. We definitely plan to stay here again for our next trip to PCB.

We love the Boardwalk and have stayed there many times, and this is by far the nicest unit we have been in. The entire experience was top notch, from the first inital phone call to Zena, to the last breathtaking view off their balcony at the beautiful blue ocean. The only unpleasant thing about renting this condo is having to leave! Zena and Curt were super nice and very easy to work with. Every question we had was answered before we even asked it. We would echo the sentiments of another post which described the unit more like a "home" than a condo. Everything in it looks brand new, and when we arrived it was absolutely spotless. Even after seeing the great pictures listed on vrbo, we were stunned when saw how clean and high quality this unit was. Also, the location is ideal, and we like how the Boardwalk sits away from the road, not right on top of it like a lot of other condos in PCB. The pool is very nice and there are plenty of lounge chairs around it, so it was hard to pull away in the evenings to go to dinner! But, if you're able to, our favorites are Captain Anderson's and Schooners...sooooo good. We would definitely rent from Zena again; we can't imagine going anywhere else! Thank you for sharing your home with our family!

We have been going to PCB for over 10 years and this is the nicest unit we have ever rented through VRBO. The best part about this immaculate condo is that EVERYTHING in it is NICE- the toaster, blender, plush towels, comfortable mattresses, etc. So many rentals make you feel like "renters". This one, makes you feel at home. Boardwalk is a great location also (on Thomas Drive) and has a great pool and tiki bar (serves lunch) at one end. We'll definitely be back to this unit. Top notch condo, great people to rent from.

We loved our stay at this beautiful Boardwalk Condo! The location was absolutely perfect, and the home was lovely - felt like new! We enjoyed an amazing trip to this property during June 2010. The unit is gorgeously decorated with amenities that make you never want to leave! The property is in a great location, and our family enjoyed all the property had to offer from a great pool to beachside movies to the poolside restaurant to the onsite market (where ice cream was a popular afternoon treat). The owners were so easy to work with, answered all questions quickly and accurately, represented their property accurately (indeed it was better than represented), and just made the trip easy. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives without hesitation and indeed plan to visit again every chance I get!

This property was everything I expected and more. Beautifully decorated and more. The Owners were really nice and easy to work with. Beautifully views of the sunsets from the balcony each night, plenty of activities all with in walking distance, very nice pool, hottub and easy access to the beach. This condo is excellent for a couple, or a family up to six. You will NOT be sorry that you picked this condo. It is absoulutely beautiful.

My family and I loved the condo , it was beautiful and had eveything we needed. I think this is the best condo we have stayed in at the beach, it is newly remoded and georgious inside. It had wonderful views of the ocean and we would to go back and stay in it again!
