No doubt about it, staying in the Isla Verde area of San Juan is the place to be! This is just not a rental property for me, it is my second home, and was my primary home for many years. Just knowing that after a day of travel, your vacation home destination is just less than ten minutes away, once you arrive at Puerto Rico's International airport in San Juan, takes the stress away.
The apartment is lovely! What is so unique is that it is on the third floor! The view of the ocean and beach are in perfect line to the living room and dinning room. This amazing view just flows right into the beautiful decor of your home away from home.
There are oil paintings throughout. It is elegantly furnished, with Rattan furniture in the living room and dining area. Anyone who comes over, immediately falls in love with the place. Everyone who has stayed, always returns. I also have an amazing Apartment Manager. He is there for whatever needs and questions you may have.
There are Hunter ceilings fans throughout. Air conditioning in the bedrooms. The apartment has been freshly painted with rich and bright colors such as reds, greens, and yellows. The bathroom is a newly renovated all Italian marble walk-in shower spa. It is located in between both bedrooms. The toilet and shower area can be made separate to the powder room, for dual person access. Closing one of the doors from a bedroom, becomes private to the next if you so desire.
There is a beautiful reading room in the lobby with beach views. Security, and Office Administration is also located in the lobby. Pool is located in the back of the building and is private to the guests at the Racquet Club.
There is a parking space available if you decide to rent a car. The car rental place I recommend is Charlie Car Rental, located just blocks away and open 24 hours, as well as a 24 hour Walgreens with a pharmacy.
Chairs and Umbrellas can be rented right outside in front of the building. A discount is given to those guests staying at the Racquet Club Condominium. And right downstairs is a bar/restaurant that serves great burgers to great fish salads, rice & beans and mofongo.
This vast beach strip that you will be residing at gives you the luxury of walking to restaurants, shopping, 5-Star Hotel and Casinos, and Live entertainment. Great Day and Night-Life always at your disposal.
Washer and Dryers are located on every even floor, quarters are required.

Why the Owner Chose Isla Verde
Actually, this rental property is actually my second home and treat it that way regardless of rentals. I lived in Puerto Rico for almost five years in the late eighties at the Racquet Club. This area is very special to me in all that it offers. So close to the airport, it's fabulous location and magical beach!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
What I find that is most unique, is the offer of having best of both worlds! Relaxation or being in one of the centers of Puerto Rico's great day and night-life! The freedom of being able to walk to all sorts of sporting, shopping, dining, casinos, night-clubs, entertainment and pampering possibilities is just enormous!

I am a Broadcast Technical Director and Screenwriter. Mainly write mainstream Latino Films. I am an avid traveler, and enjoy different cultures, as well as, art and art history. I also own other properties that I rent out and am very in-tune to what makes guests feel happy. Prior to being in the Broadcasting field, I worked in hospitalities for the Caribe Hilton in Puerto Rico. Making my knowledge even greater in providing fine comforts in one's vacation.

It was an Adventure for the kids and I, widowed traveling alone in the middle of the night oh gosh i was nervous, we arrived and management came right over with the keys...when i first opened the door i saw the colors omg!!!! beautiful totally..i walked around the apt and let me tell you what you see is exactly what you get Amazing view!!!! night life right around the corner taxi cabs on the block Alcapurrias right downstairs. Beach omg right there just across the street beach chairs i loved it the kids loved it everything spotless clean beautiful furniture i will defenitely stay again.. and i hope everyone who rents takes care of the property because it is amazing...and yvonne is amazing she answered all my questions as well as francisco

We four girls stayed there for a week during mid March. Perfect location! perfect view! Everthing is just perfect! Yvonne answered all of our questions and she even considered more for us than ourselves, making our trip the best experience ever!

We stayed here while vacationing in San Juan for the first time. Yvonne was wonderful- she answered all of our questions about the condo (and I had a LOT), sent us recommendations for dining, touring, going out in the neighborhood- everything! She had a wonderful property owner who met us at the condo on the day we arrived (the owner doesn't live in Puerto Rico anymore, so it was really nice to see she had someone responsible to handle it!)- the place was clean, comfortable, cozy, and the location is perfect! The condo is RIGHT on the beach and it's in Isla Verde so it's a very safe part of town. There were four of us (two couples) and we each had our own bedroom, which was also nice. The only thing to mention is that the guest room bed is actually two beds that connect together and they did roll away from each other (the second bed is on wheels) but I let Yvonne and the property owner know and we ended up just finding some tape to keep them together and it wasn't a problem. If you have kids it would actually be perfect because it can split into two separate beds. Overall I thought this place was great and I would definitely come back if I find myself in San Juan again- the whole experience was fantastic and you seriously can't beat the location. Great condo, great owner!

My apartment manager Francisco is always at hand as well, to answer any questions and to handle any problems that may come up with the apartment. Between the two of us, one cannot really go wrong. As for the Day-Bed issue, it never used to roll away. Francisco has already sanded the floor which must have gotten a bit thin. In the future, he will make sure to tie the bed legs together, in preparation for when dual couples stay. The view is definitely rare in that the ocean looks as if it is coming right into the living room and dinning room. Thank you for taking the time to write of your wonderful experience.
