It is equipped with a fabulous kitchen located on the second floor and has a very open floor plan. The wrap around balcony has a gas grill, plenty of outdoor furniture and plants - a beautiful and peaceful place to enjoy your morning coffee. The spiral staircase is breath taking. The master bedroom is located on the third floor and has a beautiful balcony complete with patio furniture, ceiling fans and beautiful tropical plants. The master bath has a whirlpool tub and a large tiled shower and the dual sink vanity is beautiful !! There is also an office on the third floor with a sleeper sofa, large closet and flat screen tv.
The first floor has a beautiful full bath (tile shower) and two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen bed with antique dresser. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds with the lower section being a full size bed (room can sleep 6)and there is also a complete laundry room with new washer and dryer.
The two large balconies face toward the beach and a wonderful breeze blows from the emerald waters.coast. It is the perfect place to sit and read a favorite book or catch a little sun.
