Peconic Bay and just a short drive or bike ride to the Ponquogue Ocean. Every room is freshly painted and ready for your family
or friends to come enjoy all that the Hamptons has to offer. Spacious wooded back yard, lots of grass and trees and quiet area.

The Master Bedroom suite is spacious and offers a private tiled bath with whirlpooli bath and separate stall shower.
The other 3 bedrooms are across the main living area for added privacy. BR 2 has a daybed- BR 3 has a full size bed,
and the 4th Br has a twin size bed, all have large closets and share a full bath in the center hall.
The living room sofa has a queen size sleeper. The kitchen area features a large eat on counter and a dining area with seating
room for 6. There are a few extra folding chairs as well.
The living room has a large sofa and an overstuffed chair. Large screen cable TV, VCR/DVD Player.
There is a deck off the dining area which goes down to a large private wooded back yard with plenty of room to play
