1200 SF home is located in Continental Country Club. This newly remodeled and modern home has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a fireplace, laundry room, family room, and a spacious kitchen with all the amenities of home, and a spacious wrap around deck.
The two bedrooms are fully furnished and include flat screen televisions in each, full baths, closets, and new carpet and tile throughout. Computer, printer, wireless Internet use included, also has cable TV.
The family room has hardwood floors, comfortable furniture, a large 42" flat screen TV above the fireplace, DVD player, DVD library, Sirius radio docking station, and stereo. 14 foot Vaulted ceilings with ceiling fan, a wood burning rock fireplace, and plenty of ceiling lighting with dimmers to set any romantic mood.
Outside, the spacious furnished wrap around deck includes decorative railing that has a locking gate to enjoy privacy and safety for small children and dogs.
It also includes 2 sets of lovely patio furniture, an enclosed patio area with pull down shades, and a television and heater on the patio for outside entertainment. We also have a picnic area at the rear of the house with a large stainless steel BBQ, picnic table, lounge chairs, fire pit and an sun umbrella for shade.
From the deck you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Mt Elden, the large Oak trees in the front yard, our beautiful golf course at Continential Country Club that is open to the public, and also to residents and visitors.
The club house is less than 25 yards from the townhouse front door. The club house also features two restaurants for your convenience and pleasure. One is a full service restaurant overlooking the golf course and the other is s sports bar featuring big screen tv's for you sports fans.

Why the Owner Chose Flagstaff
I grew up in Flagstaff and enjoyed the four seasons it offers. It is centrally located to Phoenix, Sedona, The Grand Canyon, San Francisco Peaks, Lake Powell, and California.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Activities in the winter months are plentiful. There are plenty of hills for the kids to enjoy sledding and snow play. In the summer there is a practice golf range and a full 18 hole golf course to enjoy, a club house with many amenities, adult and kid pools, gym facilities, hot tub, and tennis. All available to you as a guest at our townhome. There are many activities, wonderful restaurants, and numerous tourist attractions to enjoy in Flagstaff and the surrounding areas. Continental Country Club is located just 5 to 10 minutes from shopping and dining in the historic Downtown Flagstaff, 10 minutes from the NAU campus, 30 minutes from Snow bowl where both summer and winter activities can be enjoyed. Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon, and Slide Rock are only 25 minutes away. If interested in seeing one of the great wonders of the world, the Grand Canyon is a little less than a 2 hour drive. Continential Country Club is the premier community in Flagstaff. It is lush and beautiful country club community and has a range of activities on site for both members and non members. Non members can take advantage of golfing, hot tub accessibility, kids & adult pools, hot tub, tennis, activity centers, family restaurants, and gym facilities Fishing, biking, hiking, are just a few other activities that can be enjoyed on site. There are two brand new bikes for you use while you stay with us. Flagstaff is a popular destination for skiers and accommodations are close by at Super Bowl. Ski shuttles stop in front of our home or you can drive to the lodge yourself. Great fun for the entire family.

Wally and I have been together 25 years! We have always loved entertaining, cooking and serving others. We have been gifted with hospitality! So when the opportunity came up to purchase this home and remodel it, we jumped at the chance. We originally purchased it so that we, and our children would have a second home to enjoy and get out of the Phoenix HEAT... Being so supportive of marriage and family, we felt this home could be used to create happy memories for many families, and friends. We have 3 wonderful sons, and 5 grand babies.
We are both professionals. Wally is an attorney and has been in private practice for well over 15 years in Chandler, AZ. I am a marriage and family therapist (Dr. Phill ;) in Chandler and have been in practice for over 6 years. We have traveled throughout 45 states so far in the US, (our bucket list is all 50) and have hit many states numerous times. We have traveled to Europe, Italy, the Carribiean (x6), Aurba (x3), Jamacia, Cayman Islands, Hawaii (x3), Tahit, Morea, Bora Bora, Mexico, CanCun (x2), Cozmel, Central America, South America, Canada (west & east coast lines), and Alaska.
We enjoy traveling in our 40 ft motorcoach, riding our Harley's, contemporay jazz music, the arts & entertainment, spending precious time with our grandchildren. Our puppy Cachet II has more miles on her than I can count and she is only 1:) She is a traveling girl girl even in airplanes under my feet;)

My husband, son & I decided on Flagstaff as a little get-away from the hustle/bustle of Las Vegas. The 3 of us found this home/cabin to be comfy and homey. We had that "at home" & welcome feeling from the first time we walked thru the door. Things are easy to find & well stocked. The cabin is conveniently located so it isn't far from anything. The fireplace & hot chocolate brought the perfect ambiance to the living room to go w/ our spooky movies on our first night. . Weather was sunny & perfect. Our two little flufferbutts (Bichon's) enjoyed themselves too. The doggie door was the perfect size & location for them & we didn't worry about them thru the night or when we went sightseeing & day tripping during our visit. Barb has it fixed so they can go outside on the wrap-around porch without getting out or injured. We can't wait to go back again. Barb & Wally are absolutely delightful and 2 of the nicest people we have met in a long time. Their thoughtfulness is incomparable. With a TV (w/ cable) in every room, you can't help but be comfortable. The description of the property is accurate, the photos are right-on, the property is clean & well cared for and the owners, Wally & Barb, are magnificent people. They are the most compassionate & the kindest people we have met in a very long time. We found a wonderful Mexican food restaurant called Salsa Brava (on route 66) about 5 minutes from the cabin. Best Mexican food ever. The Riordan Mansion (on NAU campus) was well worth the $6/pp & a fascinating hour long tour. Black Bart's Steakhouse was very entertaining. Students singing their way thru school while serving up some of the best grub in town. We enjoyed everything about our trip & can't wait to go again. A big "thank-you" to Barb and to Wally. You are the salt of the earth people and our lives are better for having met both of you. Thanks again for all you did. It was greatly appreciated. Kiss Cachet II for me.
