Welcome to the page of our amazing home. We promise that you will thoroughly enjoy your stay at this classic beach house. Located at the top of a hill, the ocean can be seen from many of the rooms and levels that we have in the house. Upon arriving, you will see that we are at the end of a cul-de-sac. In addition to our high-up location, being at the end of the street allows for added quietness and privacy. Going down a few small stairs and through our front door leads you to the ultimate panoramic view of the gorgeous Pacific Ocean. A short walk takes you to the shore of one of the most amazing beaches in California. And it is basically a private beach !
On the top floor, we have an open kitchen with brand new appliances and plenty of supplies for cooking and baking. We have a small, casual table that is perfect for breakfasts and midday snacks, and a gorgeous, large dining table perfect for fancier dinners. In addition, we have a large sofa that sits in front of a fireplace; a perfect sitting area on winter nights, when the ocean breeze can be rather chilly! There is also a bathroom up here, too, with newly done tile.
One thing that makes our home unique is the "tangent" room, which is connected to the garage and an offshoot from the stairs that lead down to the second floor. This, as we have witnessed through the countless teenage boys that frequent the place, is the ultimate play room. Equipped with a pool table, a bed, a great view, a computer, and numerous video game consoles on a giant television, this is definitely the place to be. Connected to this room is the garage, and while you certainly won't find a space for cars (4-5 can fit in and around our driveway), you will find weights, a treadmill, and a ping pong table all on a newly carpeted floor.
Down the full flight of stairs from the top floor is a quieter, sophisticated den. Down here you'll find yet another great view of the ocean, a large, pull-out couch, a TV, another fireplace, and a desk-space with a laptop computer. It is the perfect area to come down to, whether you want to work or the kids want to have a movie night. There is even a (sadly un-stocked ;) ) bar in case the mood strikes for a nice get-together! Also on this same floor is the laundry room, a full bathroom and two bedrooms. Both are fully equipped with TVs, DVD players, and satellite. One has a full-size bed and the other has bunk beds. One of the bedrooms has a personal balcony with chairs.
The final room of the house is another bedroom, again with a TV. It also has a desk and a queen-sized bed. With yet ANOTHER view and a personal balcony with a (soon-to-be-working!) Jacuzzi, it's another part of the house that makes it perfectly unique.
If you choose to go down the other flight of stairs from the top floor (confused yet?), you will find the master bedroom. With a California king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, another perfect ocean view, and a huge personal bathroom, you can't go wrong here...
The side of the house will lead you to a wooden sunning area that is somewhat below the house. We have put all-new carpeting in and repainted much, but much of the house is still preserved in its traditional 70s beach-house style. We know you'll enjoy it here!

The Unique Benefits of this House
Along with a private beach, park, tennis courts, and deluxe pool area, this community is renowned for its beauty within the gates. This property in particular is high upon a hill, away from most noise and staring at a panoramic view of the Pacific. The home itself is also multileveled and features a polished, '70s beach house feel. Plenty of balconies, even a jacuzzi on one of them! Perfect for kids.
