Experience authentic Italian living on one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world! Our grandfather built an apartment building on the Italian Riviera, in a charming hilltop village where he was born. We have recently renovated the bottom apartment and want others to enjoy it as we have over the years during our summer and winter holidays.
The apartment is located on a terraced hillside in a small village called Santa Giulia, near Lavagna. It is an ideal location from which to explore the Italian Riviera, which is blessed with sunny, pleasant weather year-round. Located between Portofino and Cinque Terre, it provides easy access to the sea and beautiful towns along the Riviera coast, all within 30 minutes. Further afield, one can drive within 2 hours to Tuscany (Pisa, Florence), Monte Carlo, and Milan.
The apartment is rustic yet charming and has a large terrace for relaxing and enjoying the sweeping sea and mountain views. It is surrounded by olive tree groves, and there is a footpath through the olive groves leading down to the sea & beaches.
Nearest airport is Genova (30 minute drive, with direct flights to major cities such as London, Paris, Munich, Madrid); Milan, Pisa, Florence, Turin, and Nice airports within two hours. The nearest railway station is Lavagna (10 minute drive up the hill).
Minimum rental of one week, although discounts apply for longer stays.
