This beautiful townhouse is located in south Orange County, 10 minutes to the City of Art, (Laguna Beach) with the most beautiful beaches in the world, short drive to the Dana Point Harbor, 30 minutes to Disneyland and 60 miles to Hollywood and Universal Studio, 2 minutes to the golf course and few minutes to 20 all stadium movie theater and entertainment center.
This is a 2 story house with 1750 sq. ft, large master bedroom, granite kitchen, ceramic tiles, 2 fireplaces and in the living room and master bedroom. Beautifully furnished with thousands dollars of elegant and expensive Italian décor.
There is a queen bed and 2 single sofa bed in the master bedroom and 2nd and 3rd bedroom have a full size bed. There is a small, cozy back yard with patio furniture and city gas operation BBQ that my friends call it Garden Café.
There is a community heated pool and hot tub. Since we are a retired couple and rent out our living house when we are traveling, you can find anything you need in a house including linens and towels just bring your suitcase. The pictures below will tell you everything about this gorgeous and comfortable house.

Why the Owner Chose Aliso Viejo
I love to be close to beaches and this property is close to beautiful beaches like Laguna Beach, Dana Point. Also the location is in the middle of San Diego and Los Angeles (both vacation destinations), we are 50 minutes south of LA and 50 minutes north of San Diego in the heart of beautiful Orange County.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
I have a small backyard which is cozy and warm with a small pond and fountain and I enjoy a lot when I sit and have a cup of tea or coffee in my back yard. I love location because I am in the middle of both world Los Angeles and San Diego.

Lovely condo home in great location near Laguna Beach & Mission Viejo

We stayed here for 9 days. We chose the condo for it's location: near Mission Viejo and Laguna Beach where we have family. The listing was accurate. The property was clean and well maintained. The condo has a large, open plan downstairs, with 3 sofa which was very comfortable. There is a 1 car garage with a washer/dryer which we were able to use. The kitchen was great. We were able to cook most nights and have our local family over. The condo is appointed with lots of capodimonte porcelain. This might be an issue for renters with small children. There are 3 bedrooms. The master suite, with a Queen bed, has it's own bathroom, but there's no door on it, so it's not conducive to sharing with the others. The other 2 bedrooms are small with full size beds. There are 2 pull out foam chairs that could be used for sleeping by children, but not adults. The pool is a short walk in the condo community and was clean and peaceful. The community is very convenient to local sights in Orange Co. and the freeways. A car is required. We went to the Laguna Beach Arts Festival & Pageant of the Masters, Temecula, San Diego, Mission Viejo, the Orange Co Fair, Catalina Island, Mission Viejo, and a family wedding in Orange. It's a 30 min drive to Disney. The owners were very nice and responsive. I highly recommend it and would stay here again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.
