One Bedroom, Two Bath... Non-Smoking...No Pets . . Very Clean. Sleeps up to five. . .Townhouse-style. Bedroom is upstairs with full bath. Queen-size bed and futon - will sleep three upstairs. Downstairs is living room (queen-size hide-a-bed sofa) plus full-size kitchen, and another bath. Kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher, new pots and pans, kitchen utensils, new washer and dryer, all the convenience of home.

Directly on the Gulf of Mexico you do not have to cross the street to get to the beach, four pools, including one kiddie pool and one heated pool. Beachside snack bar, barbecue grills, picnic tables, gated complex with year-round security guard, covered parking.

  • My family and I stayed in this condo and it was great. It had all the essential you would need. The furniture was comfortable,especially the master bed. It was close to everything. The people that stay at SugarBeach seemed to very frindly and family oriented. The parking was great. We will be staying again. Janet the owner was great during the whole thing.

  • This is one of the nicest condos I've ever stayed in and the owners are great to work with in getting your reservations, etc. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a smaller condo to hold 2 to 4 adults. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the pools are kept clean as is the rest of the building.

  • This is a wonderful condo, very clean and beautifully decorated. The queen bed in the master is very comfortable !Sugar Beach is a great family vacation location and the pools and pool area are wonderful !! Last week was our third year in a row to stay in this condo which proves how much we love it !
