This is a wonderful condo, very clean and beautifully decorated. The queen bed in the master is very comfortable !Sugar Beach is a great family vacation location and the pools and pool area are wonderful !! Last week was our third year in a row to stay in this condo which proves how much we love it !

We loved this condo.. We were very impressed with how clean it was.. and so comfortable.. It had plenty of room and had alot of extras.. such as plenty of paper towels.. toliet tissue.. soap.. laundry detergent and etc.. This place felt so much like home and we will be back.. Janet is so nice to work with...

Home away from home

This was the sweetest little place! We rented as a couple who needed just a quick little get-a-way for some R & R and couple time without all the real-world distractions. The price was excellent, it was quiet, clean, and so comfy. It was one of the first places I have ever stayed where I really felt at home... nothing fussy, nothing fancy, nothing trendy, and every bit welcoming, warm, and homey. Location was great and so close to great places to eat and shop. Provided was a binder full of restaurant menus with pointers to help narrow dinner options down and plenty of cookware if you want to stay in. We will definitely be back next year!!

We enjoyed our visit to Orange Beach. The condo worked well for two adults and two children. The bed upstairs was very comfortable. Best bed we slepted in during the 2200 mile trip. The housekeeper does an excellent job keeping the condo clean for each guest. Having stayed in many hotels, this doesn't appear to be an easy task for some hotels. The location to the beach was great. On the first day the flag was at green for ocean calmness but the next two days it was at a yellow but we and the other vacationers were still able to get out enjoy the ocean. The information on the Web site is accurate. I would recommend this condo to a family member or friend. Close to the state park fishing pier which we caught some fish in the evening. One night we ate at Fish Camp in Orange Beach. It was good and they offered live music. One day we drove over to the USS Alabama and spent about 5+ hours. Another day we went to Alligator Alley located in Summersville. The kids really enjoyed this stop. On the way out, we toured Ft. Morgan and took the ferry to Dauphin Island and then drove over the bridge to the mainland. If I had an opportunity to return to Orange Beach and needed a condo for four or less occupants, the Ludlam's condo would be first on my list. The only negative was we should have came in a day earlier. Poor planning on our part. We could have used another day. There are plenty of things to do in the gulf area.

perfect vacation

This was our first trip and we could not have been happier. The unit was super clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with the basics and nice extras. We loved the short walk to the pools and beach and spent most of our time there. Orange Beach had some fun restaurants, great shopping and a nice water park and putt putt courses. Plenty to do or just sit by the water and relax. Condo owner Janet was a dream to work with in making arrangements. Very friendly and responsive. We will definitely be back.

June 25-July 5, 2011.......Ten wonderful nights at the beach in your beautiful, clean & comfortable condo. After eight stays you know how much we love not only your condo but Orange Beach. It's such a friendly & beautiful location and great for families. We went to the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo in Gulf Shores for the first time and really enjoyed it, also Lulu's, The Hangout & The Wharf are always such great places. Most of the restaurants in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores are all great, just expect long waits. Thanks again for everything.

My friend Dale and I just stayed in one of your condos nin Orange Beach, Al. It was like walking into home away from home. Everything was so clean and the upgrades were great. I really enjoyed the clean, nice linens. That means so much when your away from home. We had a blast. Everyone was so friendly and child friendly. We really made some memories with Cade. The furniture was very nice and comfortable as always. I would highly recomend staying in your condo to anyone. We'll be back again! Thanks so much for making everything so comfortable!

Excellent Vacation unit & Exceptional Service

This is absolutely one of the most exceptional vacation rentals I have ever used. It was as described in the ad. The place was spotless, batch and showers had full size bars if bath soap, liquid hand soap dispenser was full, full roll of paper towels, etc. I have never experienced this anywhere else. Janet was a great help working with our schedule. We took 2 of our grandsons who spent a lot of time in the pools (4 of them) and the beach. The property location was perfect for our needs with good security for the facility. We are from Birmingham, AL and go to the beach two to three times a year. We will definitely be returning to the unit. Loved it!

My mom and I decided we need a girl's only weekend and found this online at the last minute. It was perfect for the 2 of us. Very quiet condo despite the size of the complex. Super clean and tidy too. We loved that it is next to the state park and there are no other condos on one side. We will be back!

the condo was very nice and quite clean. looked just like the pics on vrbo. janet was very helpful and saw that we had everything we needed for our stay. have already recommended condo to friends back in indiana. we went to the wharf the very last night of our stay, had never been there so that is definitely one place we will go next year while there. sugar beach condos have everything one needs! beach, sand, pools, sugar shack! what more could one want when they go to the beach!
