  We loved everything about his condo! It was clean, well stocked, comfy bed, nice linens, easy access to the beach and beautifully decorated with a nautical theme. We will be back soon!! Only suggestion would be to have a channel guide near the TV. It was a little hard to navigate.

  My husband, adult daughter and I spent 2 nights at this condo in Emerald Island. Everything was as shown in the VRBO listing, no surprises. We were particularly pleased with how CLEAN the entire condo and grounds are. The walkway/boardwalk to the beach is lovely, a nice spot to enjoy the fantastic view. Lastly, it was a pleasure to make all arrangements with the owner; he is prompt, courteous and easy-to-work with. Many thanks for sharing your condo with our family for a beach get-away!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

  We loved Don's condo in Emerald Isle! It was very clean and we loved the way they had it decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped and we had plenty of linens. The bed is very comfortable! We loved our 1st visit to Emerald Isle and really enjoyed the surrounding areas. Very beautiful area!

  This was our third stay at Don's condo -- very comfortable, attractive and well-maintained, as always. Beautiful view and easy access to the ocean. We love Emerald Isle off-season, with fewer people and cooler weather that's great for biking and walking. Look forward to another visit in 2013.

  The condo was perfect! We were pleased with how clean and neat everything was. We ate out twice during the week. We cooked every day. Everything we needed was provided. The view was incredable. We had 20 foot waves on the first day. The decor of the condo is wonderful. Everything has something to do with the sea. We will definitely be back!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway.

  Don is a pleasant gentleman and very nice to deal with. The condo is tastefully decorated and very clean. (which is most important to us) The location is perfect and we enjoyed watching the dolphins and fishermen reel in the "Big One" from our balcony. Overall, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and you won't be sorry either. Joe and Lynn

  My husband & I spent our vacation in Emerald Isle for the first time. We couldn't have been more satisfied with this condo, it was like being at home. It's location is fantastic, the views were breathtaking and the convenience of direct beach access was perfect. The owner is very-friendly and accomodating as well which makes it even better. We highly recommend this wonderful place to other vacationers, and we look forward to coming back in the future

  My husband and I have an 8 yr old and 3 yr old and were just looking for a quaint place on the ocean with a pool. This condo far surpassed our expectations. The decor is adorable. The breeze on the patio is amazing. It was so great that I could make dinner and look at the ocean at the same time. The King Size bed was super comfortable. I loved the ease of having a door code instead of a key to worry about all the time. The walk to the beach was very close and the pool is the perfect size and temperature and very clean. I can't say enough about the beach. Clean beach, perfect size waves, and the friendliest people EVER. Can you tell we enjoyed our stay? :) There were only two things that weren't so great and that was the water pressure and the washer is very small. But I was happy to have one at all. Go to Beaufort if you are looking for a great night out with your family. Really cute area!

  my wife and i stayed for five nights at this charming oceanfront condo. the beach views/access were great and it's location on the southend of the island allows you to explore the south inlet/to view roaming deer which run free near the inlet, and take in some beautiful sunsets. would recommend it for a couple with 1-2 small children. also the owner is very easy to work with helps with questions concerning his condo. we plan on renting this again in the near future.

  Nicely decorated, very clean, great view of the ocean. Owner was very accommodating. Beautiful area and lots to do if thats what you want. Very relaxing, my only complaint was that my stay was too short. I will definitely come back. Thanks so much Don for your thoughtfulness. Your wife has a great flair for decorating! And thank you again for your military service!
