Condo features include, king size bed, sleeper sofa, ocean front deck, ground level storage, full kitchen, washer & dryer and much more.
Complex features include, large pool, tennis court, grills, covered ocean front sitting area and plenty of parking. Come and enjoy what the crystal coast has to offer. Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM the next Saturday.
There is a security deposit of $300 required. Payment must be received in advance. Rental agreement and security deposit must be completed before renting. PayPal is available on our web site. You do not need your own PayPal account. You will love this beautiful and clean condo!
