  Westgate is a great option for families looking to be "on mountain" while maintaining a down to earth environment. Westgate service, amenities and employees are top notch. And, although the resort can feel a bit worn at times, their hard work and attitude more than make up for it. The recent renovations to the restaurants and marketplace are a huge plus (The Edge Steakhouse is a real winner) and little extras like the free shuttle make this our "go to" place in PC. A big drawback of the resort is its huge size -- which can be daunting to newcomers as facilities such as ski valet and locker rooms are all over the place. Once you get through the maze, however, there are rewards to be found! This unit itself (we have stayed in multiple owner-managed units) was in great shape and well taken care of. Note that this is considered a "studio" unit which means a pocket door -- and no ensuite bathroom, so probably not great if you have more than one child or older kids. The process of securing the unit, picking up keys, etc. was seamless and easy and the Westgate staff is well versed at handling. There were ample towels for our 4 day stay, but if you are a larger family (we were 3) you may want to secure housekeeping services in advance to take care of fresh towels / cleaning -- especially if you plan to do any cooking (we did not). All in all a great location, unit and resort. Highly recommended!

  Overall Ski trip was good. Westgate and staff were nothing less than great. The rates were decent for President Weekend. The room was fine however our unit WAS NOT managed by the Westgate staff. Easy to spot this was not cleaned for weeks/ maybe season, our room was dirty (floors, sills, bathroom). Towel racks falling off wall, the little details. WE TOOK CARE OF THE BASICS - great steam shower. 3rd party management team non responsive in comparison to the years of renting with others. They need to improve their communication cadence. The basics confirming lease, inquiring on trip related topics, and even responsiveness of units for sale. THEY ARE REALTORS, I LEFT MY CONTACT INFO TWICE, NEVER HEARD BACK. Good unit - possibly consider different management group.

  Westgate is first class accommodations all the way! The kids loved the pool, tennis courts, playground, and arcade. Since you are right on the slopes, your party doesn't always have to stay together & your not too far to take a break back in the room. We love that you can venture out to so many ski resorts in the same area. Olympic Park and Park City Main street are both great places to visit and Westgate puts you right in the middle of the action. Close to movies, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and everything to make vacations more fun and relaxing. (The 4 hot tubs in Westgate helps with that too!)

  Took my 15 year old son out to Canyons and stayed in this room. The room was clean, modern, close to lobby, and outdoor pool. Can't say enough about the Westgate facility and staff. The vallet parking is free and always fast! Home made chocolate chip cookies and Dylan always at your service at the front desk! And the skiing...forget about it! Darrell at the White Pines was very easy to work with. Honestly can't say enough about the rental. It is perfect for 2. We kept the pull out folded up and shared a huge king size bed. I think it would be tight with 4 and all the gear. I am looking forward to a return trip next season.

  Thank you for letting us stay at your Studio condo at Westgate. We have stayed at a much larger unit there in the past, but for the price this one was fine for the two adults with two kids. We were expecting a freezer, because the other unit had one, so that caused a bit of a problem with some ice cream... The weather was horrible while we were there, but because of the options of so many other things to do inside at Westgate, we still had a BLAST! We even found a break in the clouds every once in a while to get up on the mountain and do a little hiking. I am a bit of a freak about cleanliness, so I was happy to find a very clean, fresh room when I got there. We will likely be heading back to Westgate in the future!

  We had an amazing time at the Westgate. I'd never used HomeAway before, so didn't know what to expect. Some of the reviews are kind of harsh. We stayed in the Moose tower and it is a little confusing trying to find your way around this massive resort. The hotel has great amenities and its close to everything you need. Take advantage of the ski/board valet, discounted lift tickets and 3 different pools. They have a shuttle that will basically take you anywhere you need to go in Park City. The skiing conditions weren't great this year, but we still had fun skiing 4 out of 5 days we stayed here. I would highly recommend this rental location. Working with the White Pines Real Estate crew was easy and the price was very affordable.

  The suite was nice and very clean. It was roomy enough for my husband and myself. It had all the amenities needed such as a kitchenette, comfortable king size bed, couch, and a shower with a steamer. The location is walking distance to the main lift of the Canyon resort. The reservation was seamless and communication via email was easy. My questions and concerns were promptly responded.

  My husband and I stayed in this unit with our 6-year-old son. We enjoyed the unit itself as well as the Westgate property as a whole. The unit had plenty room for the three of us. The furnishings were lovely as well as very comfortable. The kitchenette was fully stocked, and we were able to cook breakfast each morning, which was very important to us. The Westgate had great amentities for play (indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, ping pong, game room and much more) and for skiing (slopeside ski valet and boot locker) as well as free covered parking. It could not have been more convenient. We loved it and are making plans to return next year!

  Thanks! we definitely enjoyed our stay! Perfect location, very convenient to the lifts...we definitely enjoyed all the great amenities with our 6 year old one! We have stayed at many other properties at the Canyons in the past but this one is definitely the most kids friendly one...:)
