Our family had a great time at cocoa beach. Dave, your place is wonderful.It is everything as you described and more.With our grandson there it was so handy to walk out the livingroom and straight to the pool.Everyone hopes to come back next year for another softball tournament. We want to come back again. There were a lot of great places to eat. Iloved the catfish for breakfast at Barrier Jacks This was by far the best maintained condo we have stayed at. i would recommend this place to anyone. Dave was very helpful and answered any questions we had. We swam in the ocean everyday and spent time shopping and at the pier. Thanks Dave

Dear Dave, our month in your condo was remarkable. It was the best time weve had in Flordia in 5 yrs. The condo is beautiful, clean, well equipped with everthing you need to be very comfortable. The location to everyting is perfect. Restaurants are near, like Coconuts, Pig and Whistle, and Slow and Low BBQ and Jacks Barrier Reef. Publix is also nearby. And of course Ron Jons. Relaxing Stay

Thank you Dave, we had a wonderful time in your condo. The unit is clean, spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The Spanish Main complex and pool area is clean and well maintained. The location is great, and convenient to restaurants, supermarkets, drug stores, etc. Everything you need is close by. We also went to Coconuts on the Beach, which is a short walk to the south, and had a great time. The beach is quiet and the kids loved riding the Boogie Boards. Dave answered all our questions and the transaction was smooth. Upon our return home from our vacation our security deposit was waiting for us. We are planning to return to the area in the future and would definitely rent this unit again.

Perfect Getaway

My wife wanted a beach gettaway as part of her 30th birthday present. We looked around for a while and found this listing. David was very quick to respond to any and all of my questions. Unfortunately, we could only get away for 4 days and we had difficulty finding an affordable condo that would rent by night. Not only was the price great, but the condo exceeded our expectations. It is a large unit with everything you could possibly need. The night after we arrived David called to confirm that we had everything we needed, which made us feel at home. The condo is in a great location. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance including Coconuts On the Beach, which is a spot we always visit when in the area. The pool and beach access are just steps away. We had two other couples join us and had more than enough room. We all enjoyed the condo so much that we hope to return very soon. Just wanted to post on your site what a wonderful, memorable time we had at your condo. It was so nice to be able to cook and eat in some nights in the kitchen and do our laundry. I think the best part about your condo in particular, is that we just about had the beach all to ourselves! What a difference from the over-crowded, noisy beach just down the road! Thanks so much for the use of your home.A 3 br that sleeps 6 is hard to affordably find.we had such a wonderful time! We were able to rest and relax as well as play.It was so nice to stay in a home and not a hotel. The pool was great and we went to the beach at least 2 times a day.As well as visit Kennedy Space center,Universal,and went fishing for sharks,only caught a star fish& got sick.But it was a great time.We hope to come back again! Oct 22 2009 The "LOOK" Girls from Maine (where it had already snowed before we came down)We booked your condo in April anticipating a fall getaway for some R&R! Thank you for the use of your condo.All of us had a great vacation in Cocoa Beach. We were able to swim (pool&Ocean),sun, (great tan to take home to Illinois where we have not had much of a summer)& have fun.Aaron(4) made friends with everyone.One of the local boys was his "buddy" and the girls thought he was "the cutest".No shuttles were launched and that was a disapointment.However we did take time to go to the space center.Aaron has a t-shirt from there and he wears it everyday.Rented a pontoon boat a couple of days,saw several dolphin-no manatees.The girls thought they sw an alligator-it was a log.We are having such a great tgime we aren't ready to go home! As we get set to depart;I wonder where the story began.Our divergent paths have crossed,collided,in seemless harmony within this quaint all American beach town. From humble roots we rejoice in our adulthood as we find ways to be young again.Our bodies don't show the rust during our beach football games.The aches and pains melt away at the fin of a Kingfish.And best of all the worries of being an adult simply set as we watch the sun fade away amongst the palms. Dear Kilburns, Thank you for a most enjoyable stay! We had such a nice time with the whole family down here& we will certainly be back next year.The rest of our family rented another ground floor unit,so this was certainly convenient for all of us.Our son lives in Cocoa.Fl& we love to come down to see him in sunny Florida! Dear Kilburns' We had a wonderful time at your condo!It is the perfect size for us.You had everything we needed and it was spotless.We loved being able to walk out the door and go back and forth from the pool and the beach. The Kilburns, We came down for a family vacation as well as attend a 30 year class reunion. We were tired when we got there, and it was a welcome sight when we opened the door and saw how clean and cool the condo was. The cold beer in the refrigerator was a very nice touch and very much appreciated. We had plenty of room for everyone, the master bedroom was incredible, and we thouroughly enjoyed the sliding door outside access to the pool and beach. Thanks for the use of the boogie boards and beach furniture. Everything was so nice, and the next time we come down that way we will definitely be giving you a call. We had a wonderful time!!! My family of four came here for Spring Break 2005. It is such a well maintained condo and it is very large. The ocean is a 2 minute walk around a great pool. There are lots of beach toys and boogie boards in the garage. There is a great Italian restaurant right across the street, Ana...something. Publix is a short car ride away, there is a Sonny's B-B-Que by the Publix. We were looking for a laid back place for some nice weather and Cocoa Beach fit the bill and the condo could not have been more perfect for us!

Dear Kilburns, Parting is such sweet sorrow! I could certainly get used to this wonderful place. A huge condo with all the comforts of home, beautiful weather and eating out almost every night.Paradise! We had a great time.We were so suprised with the size of the condo- it is so big.It was so nice not to be on top of each other. Dear Kilburns, We are in the middle of a ten day stay in the condo,and having a great time.Hurricane Charlie roared accross Florida on Friday night,so we rushed to Publix first for candles,flashlights, cookies,beer-you know,siege mentality stuff. We quickly put the patio furniture in the garage,returned the rentall car,stuffed towels under the patio doors,filled jugs with water,cleared out the walk in closet as refuge-rented a video and had a "hurricane party"with friends. The hurricane hit Orlando but missed us-a bit of an anticlimax. The weather since then has been varied; sunny,cloudy,hot and wet,with one spectacular lightning storm. On the day after Charlie we went to Disney; no crowds, no long lines,excellent! P.S. Someone suggested a house vacation exchange. Dave, You certainly undersold the place to us! You said it was nice and we would enjoy ourselves.It was perfect and we had the best time ever.Just ask our little girls.All the things you have or people have left in the past made for a big time.The games,the fishing poles,beach chairs and umbrellas,the kids toys-it made it feel as convenient as home. The position of the condo in the complex was also perfect.The view was spectacular and easy access to the pool was a real plus,especially for those quick sprints back to the room when one of the girls looked at us with wide open eyes and said"potty!" The condo complex looks older from the outside,but from yhe inside it could be the newest place on the beach.Thanks for your help getting comfortable with renting,I'll never call **** rentalls again. Thank you for the rental! We were a family of 5 and 2 extras-- 7 of us! Very comfortable home, very pleaany place! Our first visit to Cocoa Beach. We usually go further south to West Palm. We really enjoyed the short walk to the beach and pool! Enjoyed an airboat ride! We live a fast paced life in Ohio. Our kids are 17-19-21 so it was great to have them here with us for a whole week. We had a wonderful month! Weather was very nice. Our first trip to Cocoa Beach was most enjoyable, thanks to your lovely condo, nice pool and the beach. We got to watch our first launch from Cape Canaveral and got to lose our money on the Gambling Cruise. The restaurants and shopping areas are quite nice. We hope to come back! It's hard to believe 4 months have gone by. Boo hoo. Every day has been great. Even the stormy ones. (I love weather!) My reunion in Sarasota was great! My kids and families had great times. Even mom was good! She did not get sick or break anything as she has in the past. I bunked with her in the back bedroom so I would know if she got to wandering. All was well- I wish we could stay but you must be anxious to enjoy this place- pool and beach as we have. I hope you will keep in touch for next year please.

Since we spoke to you in August, in the year two thousand three we wondered about 35, and how happy we would be. Well, we're here to tell you, we were pleasantly surprised when we stepped into your home, and surveyed it with our eyes. A triple set of mirrors, the ocean in full view, a carousal about the case-posters old and new. We'll tell you it's a given, we love the ocean and the sand But it was the inside of your condo, that made our whole stay grand. We wandered through each room- enjoying what we saw, all color coordinated- as if there'd been some law. We saw the cupboards held it all-towels, soaps, and even tissue- it did not become an issue. The art work, especially, hanging from above- from a colorful mat with tassels, to "desiderata" which we loved. We found it to be profound, and, oh so very true, and feel we live by that, each day that we go through. We'd be remiss if we didn't thank you for what came out of C three eight. We enjoyed that too- helped with what we ate! So, we are very happy you've invited us, to write in this book. The only thing lacking was Anne wished she'd had a cook. We're leaving here much wiser, after reading from your shelves. The yearbook from '94- we "kinda" helped ourselves.
