Our Lake House is one of a kind. The Views from almost every room are breathtaking. As you stand on the deck you over look the 50 feet of crystal clear waterfront on Lake Pend Oreille down below. The beach is made of small pebbles for very clean water. It's just a short walk or drive down the hill to the beach where a large L shaped dock awaits you for recreating from sun up to sun down.
The house is almost brand new (built in 2007). Rooms are large and modern. The grand room has high ceilings and large windows to the top to capture the expanse of Lake Pend Oreille and the surrounding mountains.
Upstairs is the Grand room, Master Bedroom, Kitchen, Laundry, and Den.
Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms, a family room and a large bathroom so kids or guests can have their own space to relax in. Outside is a well groomed fenced yard, an adjustable basketball hoop and large driveway.
It's very quiet at our house in the area called "Sunnyside" yet it's only minutes from the small artist community of Sandpoint. Shopping of all kinds and great restaurants abound in this beautiful community. Saturday Farmers Market is a must in the local town square. You can even come into town by water if you bring your boat. There is a boat launch 2 miles past our dock where you can put your boat in and plenty of room to park your trailer on our upper property.

I was born and raised in Sandpoint and Love it here. That's why we bought 2 homes here. One on the lake and one in town.

Because the part of Lake Pend Oreille called Sunnyside is the best area on the lake and we couldn't pass up this beautiful spot.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The bald eagles nest in the trees right in front of the house. Also we can see the sunrise and sunsets from our property and both are amazing. Oh, and did I mention the view!!!!!!!!
