Why the Owner Chose Lakehead
We fell in love with sounds of cascading water, cool evenings, and extreme privacy, yet still being just minutes to Shasta Lake and shopping. We are sure you will enjoy this home as much as we do!
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our kids love to go swimming/rock climbing at the water fall on a nice warm summer day. A good hike is just out the back door. There are trails that go for miles. My favorite is the one that leads to the top of Sacramento Mountain. The views are breath taking. Fishing for trout in the creek is another one of our favorite past times. Star gazing at night while listening to the rushing water on the back deck really takes us away from it all.

We are originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota. We moved to the Redding area in 2006. One of our favorites spots to go was the Mountains of the Shasta lake area. In 2007, we had the rare opportunity to purchase this home and 80 acres on two year round creeks. We're glad we bought it and try to spend as much time as we can there.
