Sunny, cute apartment on the third floor of a freestanding privately-owned house. There is one bedroom with a queen bed plus a pull-out sofabed in the living room area, a full kitchen and full bath. Has the charm of a B&B but can sleep 4- or 5 in a pinch.
The location is perfect: one block to the Grand Street stop on the L subway and just minutes to Manhattan. It's a very quiet residential block-- a nice place to come back to after Manhattan's hectic pace and noise. Williamsburg is a fun, fashionable area and there is plenty of shopping, good food, and nightlife in the neighborhood.
Another huge advantage over Manhattan: parking is easy to find!

We have lived in Wiliamsburg for ten years and we love the area. We live on the second floor (completely separate apartment) and have two kids, so we are very family friendly.
Why the Owner Chose Brooklyn
It's nice to get out of Manhattan at night and enjoy a more easygoing atmosphere. Williamsburg has a youthful, artistic scene and is a great place for families.
