Beautiful maintained 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in Avalon one of South Jersey greatest beaches. Home has 2 large decks. Location: 28th Street and Dune Drive. In the heart of town and walk to everywhere.
Full kitchen with all the convenience of home. Wonderful neighborhood, quiet and just 3 blocks to the beach and 1 block to the bay. Enjoy the outside shower after returning from a day at the beach. Relax with a favorite beverage on the very large upper deck.
This nicely decorated 2nd floor - three bedroom, two bath unit provides just the right mood for a relaxing vacation. The master bedroom has a private bath and access to a private outside deck, two more bedrooms - one with a queen size bed with access to a private deck and the other with two singles ... both with access to the hall bath.
There is a great room with dining table for 6, queen sofa bed, love seat and chaise. Access to a large deck and a well equipped modern kitchen, with counters and bar. The condo is beautifully decorated with lots of sunshine coming in and 13 large windows throughout. Upgraded wall to wall carpet and ceramic tile kitchen and bath rooms.
It is only a short walk to the beach, town or recreation fields. Designated parking spot available for renter steps from the unit for easy loading/off loading.
Unit is 10 years old. Outside shower and hose available for rinsing off the sand from the beach.
No smoking; No chewing Tobacco; NO PETS, allowed please. Security Deposit required $500 for weekly rental.
Apartment must be cleaned before checkout or you can elect to arrange for cleaning service. Charge for not leaving the apartment cleaned is $150. Beach tags or Beach chairs not included.

The unit was not what I expected...a little dirty and I had to was the bath mats when I arrived because black mold was on the bottom. The owner did not disclose that the master bedroom, kitchen and family room windows back up to a miniature golf course that is open very late (noise was a major issue). It took the owner over 6 weeks to return my deposit. I would try and find another place if you are looking for a relaxing vacation.
