Property is a beautiful 2 Storey condo located on a safe, quite and private residential area, 15 minutes away from Playa del Carmen downtown.
Since it is not an ocean front property on a very expensive residential area( 2 Km to the beach ), I can offer same comfort level but at a very affordable price to those travelers looking for nice accommodation from where they can explore Riviera Maya more than for those looking for a property located a few steps away from the beach.
From there main attractions can be easily reached by car (Xcaret 30 minutes, Xel- Ha 50 minutes, Tulum 1 Hour, Chichen Itza bit more than 2 hours, Cancun Airport 40 minutes...) not to mention the fantastic snorkeling and diving spots of this area.
Some golf courses are also located in a short distance, like the Challenging "Camaleon" at the Fairmont Mayakoba Hotel (Only PGA golf course in Mexico) only a 5 minutes drive or Iberostar golf course less than 15 minutes away from home.
Big Supermarket as well as Pharmacy, laundry and small shops are located nearby. Department stores like Wal-mart, Sams or Chedraui are also available in Playa del CArmen downtown.....

My name is Jose and I come from Spain... To be honest when i came to Riviera Maya for diving 3 years ago , i had no idea that i was to fall in love with this beautiful land.. but... after having walked the 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen on sunset and having had the best diving experiences of my life in Cozumel, I decided that this was to be a place where i was to spend rest of my life and that`s why i bought this house.. It is not a ocean front property....i know.. and i do not have either Jacuzzi or infinity pool but i can assure you, that it is a very beloved house, since it was painted and decorated by myself, and I have had a fantastic time in it..... However and due to my job in tourism i have to travel very often and that`s why I rent my house to those looking for a nice place to explore and to fall in love with Riviera Maya...like i did...
