It has a basement built the Indian way with rock walls and low roof where there's a suite of a master bedroom and a small bedroom with two single beds that share a bathroom .
A studio with a small bathroom with shower could be useful for children or one adult .

Owner Description
My father came to Bariloche in 1923, and stayed for five years practicing medicine. He was the first Argentine doctor in Bariloche. He was so taken by the incredible natural scenery that he returned to Buenos Aires, and with a group of other visionary men formed the first cometee of Parque Nacional Nahuel Huapi. They had to find the place for the Llao - LLao Hotel, and doing so he came across this land and bought himself a 50 acre farm. Many years later, in his fifties, he took my mother there on their honeymoon, and set up a tent in the very place where later they built their summer home. I spent all my vacations in this place, and when he died, I enjoyed this paradise with my children. Modern life has made changes in my family, some of my children live abroad, and the house is empty most of the year. So I've decided to rent it and share this unique place with people who can appreciate the peace of simple things, living in communion with stunning views of inmense lake and mountains. At the same time having a great time, fishing, hiking, camping, or just watching, and listening to music in one of the nicest spots of Patagonia.
