Enjoy the sweeping gulf view and stunning sunsets from this brand new Aqua condominium. Relax in this charming one bedroom condo that includes a bonus bunkroom and two full bathrooms professionally decorated for your enjoyment. With over 1100 square feet of living space this unit is the largest floorplan of the 1 BR units at Aqua. It will comfortably sleep 6. The terrace in this unit is also the largest of the 1 and 2 BR units at Aqua, and even larger than some of the 3 BR units.
The elegant Gulf front master suite offers a king bed and an adjoining spacious bathroom with separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and a garden tub. Before retiring, slip out onto the terrace from the master suite's private entrance. Bonus room bunk beds have full futon sofa on bottom with a twin bed on top and a separate bathroom directly across the hall. We installed a door for the bunk room for additional privacy and sleeping comfort. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.
Each sleeping area has a TV and DVD player. There is also a flat screen TV and DVD in the living area. When the sun goes down, kick back relax and enjoy a DVD from our library of movies. There should be something that will appeal to all ages, guys and girls.
The fully appointed kitchen includes eat-in dining area for 6, with a bar area for additional seating or serving, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area. The spacious terrace has a table for four and two lounge chairs with floor to ceiling windows and entrances from the master bedroom and the living room. Enjoy the cool ocean breezes while soaking in the gorgeous 20th floor view of the beach and the gulf. This home at Aqua is completely furnished for the whole family and located directly on the beach across the street from the new Pier Park. Our unit is easily accessible as it is across the hall from the elevator. Aqua offers abundant amenities such as two swimming pools including a heated pool and hot tub and a well-equipped fitness center. There are multiple casual dining and fine dining options nearby.

- While in Panama City you will want to visit the new "Pier Park" for a fabulous shopping experience. Pier Park is loaded with a number of specialty shops, restaurants, a Starbucks, and a movie theatre. It is only a 5 minute walk from Aqua to Pier Park. You don't even need to get in your car! Just down the street from Aqua you can also walk to Gulf World and take in the "Dolphin Show", or drive a short distance to the "Ripley's Believe It or Not" museum. Kids (and adults) will love visiting Shipwreck Island Water Park or going on the Sea Dragon Pirate Cruise! If you are a golfer, you will want to take a day to play the Hombre Golf Course. It is a beautiful and challenging public course nearby.

We stayed in this condo at the beginning of April and were absolutely thrilled! The view from the balcony was gorgeous and we loved that you could see the ocean from the living room and the master bedroom. Sometimes condos can be so-so in terms of how well they are kept - not this one, it was beautiful! We were so impressed how clean and well-kept the furniture and appliances are. The bed is extremely comfortable and the master bath is huge! We would definitely stay here again. We also loved that it is is walking distance to pier park. We walked there several times each day with our son.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We loved Aqua. Normally we stay at Calypso but decided to try something different this year. I am so glad we chose Aqua. This condo is beautiful and well equipped. I like that there seemed to be less units, so that there were less crowded pools and beach. The owners were very helpful, thank you Charlene. Highly recommend this unit! In addition, no oil or tar balls while we were there!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.
