This new townhouse is in the Purcell Point Condo Complex in the Heart of Invermere on Lake Windermere in the ‘Middle of Everything”.
We are walking distance to shopping, dining, theatre, galleries and museums. There are two famous hot springs a short driving distance away; Radium to the north and Fairmont to the south.
Our vacation home can comfortably accommodate 8 adults with two bedrooms hosting queen size beds, a den complete with a sofa-bed and the living room also has a queen sofa-bed. It includes 2 televisions with DVD/VCR players, a fireplace and a garage.
This unit is tastefully decorated, has hardwood floors and granite counter tops. Two balconies both with a magnificent view of the Purcell Mountains and the Rockies; watch the sunrise off the living room balcony and the sun set off the dining room balcony.
This area is a golfer’s paradise with 12 courses all located within a fifteen minute drive of the condo. Lake Windermere is a ten minute walk from the condo and is a popular spot for those who enjoy swimming, boating or the excitement of sport fishing.
Columbia Valley has so much to offer to the outdoor enthusiast; everything from hiking and mountain biking in the summer to skiing and snowboarding in the winter.
This is the perfect spot for family and friends to get together. Just bring your personal items, some food and beverages and let the fun begin!
