Welcome to 1-2 Remember, our unforgettable mountain vacation home. This is a truly special sanctuary, close to all the things you love to do in the mountains, but private and serene with jaw-dropping views.
This brand-new three story home is 10 minutes from Boone, and close to hiking, skiing, shopping, restaurants, golf and the beautiful Grandfather Mountain. In fact, the view is of Grandfather Mountain, and you'll see nothing but trees and cliffs on this conservation refuge.
The four bedroom, three and a half bathroom house has every comfort and enjoyment, including a living room with wood-burning fireplace and 40" HD TV/DVD player, office with WiFi and printer, fully equipped large kitchen and dining area and half bath on the main floor. Also on the main floor is a huge deck featuring that fabulous view, gas grill, outside dining set, and six-person Jacuzzi tub.
Upstairs you'll find a gorgeous master suite with king bed, walk-in closet, 32" HD TV, jetted tub and separate shower, along with two other bedrooms (one full bed, and one with a twin bed plus trundle), a full bathroom and washer-dryer area. Downstairs, there is another master bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, and large game room with tables, chairs, 40" HD TV with DVD, and ping-pong table. Seven Devils is absolutely the best location in the mountains. We are on Hawksnest with its tubing and zipline course within five minutes of the house. You can walk on a private trail from our house to an amazing waterfall. And everything else you want to do is just a short drive away!
The Unique Benefits of this House
We are close, yet remote - each visit we see deer and wild turkeys right from the house.

We had the time of our lives. This is the most beautiful place we have ever visited. We can feel the presence of God in this magnificent place. The view is just breathtaking and the beauty of this place is unparalleled.

Having grown up here in the Boone area I wanted to give my kids an amazing experience in the mountains I love so much. 1-2 Remember played a big part in making this possible. The house is so comfortable, and the view is spectacular.

Beautiful weekend! Spent lots of time on the deck - eating, enjoying the view, watching the stars. Great walk to the falls! We'll be back for a week in 2011!
