Lovely Victorian home furnished with antiques in the heart of downtown Boyne provides easy access to all the festivals, concerts and beautiful Lake Charlevoix.
Many interesting restaurants are within blocks. Ten minutes to Boyne Mountain to ski, golf, or visit the indoor water park. Young State Park is just outside the city limits. Rent bikes and boats a block away.
Charlevoix & Petosky are a half hour away and have great shopping, festivals, art fairs, and parks on Lake MI. There are many state, county and city parks to enjoy biking, hiking, or just a stroll. Bald eagles, osprey and other interesting birds can be seen in a neighboring downtown East Jordan park, and sometimes right in Boyne City.
Mackinaw Island is a pleasant day trip-just one hour to the bridge. You can also try to win big at the casino in Petosky!

We fell in love with the Lake Charlevoix area and the entertaining events that downtown Boyne City have to offer. The weather is beautiful and we plan to retire here.
