The house itself has many amenities. Patio doors open to decks off the first & second floors, which look out over the pool. Sit on the deck in the evening & be lulled by the sound of the water cascading from the dolphin fountains, poolside. Grill your freshly caught fish (or purchase from the nearby fish market) on the Weber Kettle, just outside the dining room. There is a second deck off the 2nd floor loft The house is fully equipped with cable TVs, stereos, CD, VCR, and DVD Internet, 3 BIKES and 2 KAYAKS. The beautiful emerald water & white sand beaches are within leisurely walking distance.
This is a great place to vacation!' The pristine beaches of Walton County are known as the most beautiful beaches in the country. The sugary white sand and emerald waters are breathtakingly beautiful. Throughout the year, there are regularly scheduled art, music, jewelery, and wine tasting festivals all along prestigious HWY30A. Be sure to attend the free, open air concerts available at Gulf Place and Seaside for a delightful evening. These quaint communities along with Watercolor, Grayton, and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall in Sandestin are only minutes away. Enjoy open air evening concerts, as well as restaurants & shopping at near by Gulf Place or Sea Side, off highly desirable Scenic 30A.
Beach Access: It is 4 short blocks (500 yards) to the beach, which is a leisurely 5 min walk. If you wish to drive because you are taking chairs, cooler, etc. there is parking available along with restrooms, shower, and a covered pavilion for picnicking. The beach is wide, private, and quiet no motorized vehicles allowed. Lifeguard on duty for your safety. There is plenty of fun to experience with our bikes and ocean kayaks. Create wonderful memories for your family.
