This home is set in a peaceful and relaxing area of Redmond, Oregon. This 2005 custom built 3,550 sq. ft home with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths sleeps 12. It is set in a neighborhood of 14 homes that is gated and in walking distance of an indoor pool, spa, and workout room. There are also two other pools on the Eagles Crest property that have a water park and gym. There are also 3 beautiful golf courses, one 18 hole putt-putt golf course, tennis courts, and restaurants on the Eagle Crest property.
The house has three bedrooms upstairs. One of them has bunk beds that sleep 3 with a large screen TV for watching or video gaming. Another room has two twin beds. The last room has a queen size bed with a panoramic view of the mountains. Downstairs is the Master bedroom with a large bathroom including a bidet, a mounted TV, and a walk in shower with two heads. Also, downstairs there is a another bedroom with a pull down Murphy bed that is queen size.
The family room is very large with a gas fireplace, large screen TV with DVD player, two comfortable reclining chairs, and spacious couch that has a sweeping view of the golf course. The kitchen is all granite with state of the art appliances and is fully furnished with all necessary utensils and dishes. There is also a laundry room which has a Whirlpool washer and dryer and an ironing board and iron. There is a three car garage that has 6 bikes and each is equipped with a helmet.
Bend, Oregon is 20 minutes away from our property. Bend has many attractions including shopping, a movie theater, several unique places to eat, and of course Mt. Bachelor. Sisters, Oregon is 18 miles away from our property. In Sisters, you will be able to find numerous antique shops and eateries.

While staying at this property, you will be able to enjoy a spa, sports center, gym, tennis courts, and pool which are all in walking distance. The property is also an hour away from Mt. Bachelors where you can enjoy skiing. There are numerous bike trails, hiking, and a river that you can go inner-tubing down.

This is a beautiful home, with beautiful furnishings. It was perfect for a multi-family gathering, with lots of room in the kitchen and with multiple tables for kid and adult dining. The location is great also. The home is easy walking distance to one of the sports facilities in Eagle Crest, with facilities for beach volleyball, indoor swimming, basketball, and pickleball. And it is an easy and quick drive into Redmond, OR for food, dining, or other shopping. We had a great time.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children.
