The house was great for four couples. Steve was wonderful to work with. The house very clean and the patio and pool was a great place to spend a lot of time. I would highly recommended it thank you steve for a wonderful two weeks. Glenn and donna

We spent the month of February 2012 in this lovely home. Steve Alexander, the owner, could not have been more accommodating! He met us upon arrival to give a detailed tour of the property and even called once during our stay just to check in and make sure everything was ok. And what a view of the golf course from the backyard. We spent many hours just enjoying the view and watching the golfers go by. And the fire pit was a plus on cooler nights. Large, roomy bedrooms and bathrooms as well. Nice property, terrific owner.

We really enjoyed this property with my family of five plus one friend. Great location. Very comfortable & clean accomodations. The owner was great to deal with and only a phone call away. Highly recommended.

This rental is perfect for three couples and maybe four. The home is very comfortable, spacious in the large kitchen, dining and family room areas. The view from the patio is delightful. The neighborhood is quiet. The home is clean and well cared for. Golf courses are close by with Woodhaven very close, beautiful and reasonable in price. The owner, Steve, is very accomodating and helpful in every respect. All four couples had a wonderful retreat in this home.

We enjoyed our month in the desert at this fully equioed home. The Owner, Steve Alexander was there to greet us on arrival. He made sure we had everything we needed. The home has a terrific outdoor living space and the views are great. We want to return next year.

My family along with another family met in Palm Springs over Thanksgiving. The house exceeded all of our expectations! The main room and kitchen is perfect for entertaining. The outdoor living space is fabulous as it overlooks the golf course and the fire pit in the evenings is ideal. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. The furnishings are gorgeous and feel as if you are right at home. We cannot say enough great things as it was everything we wanted and more! Thank you Steve for being so accommodating!

My friends and I called this place home in April 2010. It...was...FABULOUS! All of the rooms are very spacious, the beds are extremely comfortable (the sofa too!), and the kitchen is well equipped for gourmet cooking. The entertainment system is well suited for the TV, movie, and music lover. The backyard and patios feel very private, and the pool/BBQ setup is perfect for food and relaxation in the warm, desert weather. The rental was in immaculate condition when we arrived, and all the amenities advertised were provided. The owner, Steve, was incredibly accommodating and made sure our check-in/check-out experience went smoothly. He really helped make our stay effortless. I highly recommend this rental, and my friends and I will definitely come back next year.

I rented this beautiful home from Feb. 9 through March 23, 2010. I was very concerned I would walk in and be disappointed in the property and be unhappy for six weeks. Quite the opposite, I was met by the owner Steve and that was the beginning of a wonderful six weeks. The house has everything you need to feel right at home. Two master suites with the most heavenly beds and walk in closets. If you enjoy cooking the kitchen is very well equipped. The views form the very private patio are beautiful. It is such a peaceful setting.The house is in a great location, close to great restaurants, shopping, hiking and tennis. Steve is wonderful to work with and will do everything he can to help make your stay an enjoyable experience. I have only one complaint, six weeks went by in the blink of an eye and I had to leave. I am planning on a longer stay next year.

Our family spent the Christmas holidays in this beautiful yet very comfortable family home. The home is in a gorgeous location with a stunning view of the mountains and fairway. The back yard is very private and the neighborhood is quiet. The home itself is well appointed. As we have older children, we particularly appreciated the large and comfortable bedrooms each with a private bath. The backyard area is relaxing and quite beautiful, with a nice BBQ, patio seating and fire pit. Wonderful for unwinding. The owner, Steve, was very accomadating and easy to work with. His wife had even left delicious baked Christmas goodies for us to snack on. Very thoughtful. The home is a short drive ( about 10 minutes) to El Paseo for excellent shopping and restaurants. We also found some very cool hiking trails (about a 10 minute drive away also.) You would need a car to get around. The only thing we missed, was considering it was too cold to heat the pool, was it would have been nice to be able to use the gas fireplace in the family room area. Just to get in a cozier Christmas atomsphere. Other than that, I can say that it was just what our family needed! We would definitely come back!

The house was great! It is beautiful inside and out with lots of room. The owner, Steve A., is incredibly helpful. We especially liked the outdoor "fire pit" - great for roasting marshmallows (with appropriate adult supervision). We would definitely rent this house again.

Our weekend adventure began by the owner greeting us with a very warm welcome to our family, then walked us through a beautifully designed/furnished, luxury amenities, and very accomodating house. Each room was a suite in comparison to other vacation rentals we've experienced. When they left, we felt as if it were our own place, with spacious living areas, and a pool perfectly condusive for the children. We made good use of out outdoor bbq and lounge area and took full advantage of the golf course view. Location to this place was so convenient to everything... Great for the wife, as she loves shopping. We, normally, have a regular rental in Rancho Mirage but stumbled upon this gem as our usual place was booked for the weekend we intended. No more Rancho Mirage. We will come back.

My family stayed at this home from April 22-26. It was the perfect family vacation spot for my 2 year old daughter and even our little dog Jack enjoyed the house as the owner Steve allows little dogs to stay at the house which is such a huge plus!. The location is ideal, right on the golf course with a perfect view to watch the golfers make putts on the 11th green. The house is amazing!! It feels brand new, like we were the first people to ever stay there!! It has 2 Master Suites, each with a huge master bathroom and the 3rd bedroom also has its own private bathroom. The family room has the most comfortable couch that is great for relaxing and watching movies and sports on the huge plasma TV. The house has a great private pool with waterfalls where you can simply float all day. There is a huge BBQ where we cooked up chicken, steaks, and hot dogs. All the appliances are brand new and state of the art. The owner Steve is great guy and very easy to work with. Also, the location is great and close to all the great restaurants in the La Quinta and Palm Desert area. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to get away with their family or also a great spot for couples to enjoy. We are already thinking about planning our next trip to this terrific spot.

This home is amazing. The views of the golf course and mountains are incredible. It's a great location for anyone that is in the area to golf, dine, shop or hike. There is something to do for everyone. The house and it's amenities were beyond acceptable! The home is beautifully decorated and furnished. The kitchen is made for a chef, and the barbecue area out back is also made for a chef! The pool and it's beautiful water fountain enables you to relax while gazing at the golf course. You could seriously come here and not leave the house and the vacation would be incredible. The property manager was more than accommodating. I would recommend this rental to anyone. I will be back!

A True Oasis in the Desert

From the time we entered this stunning property, we felt so relaxed and at home, truly an oasis in the desert. This property is even more beautiful then the pictures show, it is very spacious, clean and great attention to every detail. With it's amazing custom designer touches, everything is top of the line... it competes with any 5 star resort for a fraction of the cost. The 3 private master suites were absolutely perfect with their beautiful furnishings, linens, huge walk-in closets and large bathrooms with granite countertops and stone tile. Steve was such an awesome guy to work with and was so gracious and accommodating. He even went out of his way to work with us on a couple of special requests and always responded to e-mails and calls very quickly. The pool though not huge was perfect and the 3 cascading water features were awesome!! We can't say enough except that our entire family (including teenagers) want to return again as soon as possible. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. It slept 6 people very comfortably and even had room for more. By the way Steve.....Everyone wants to know "Where did they get this amazing sofa?!!"
