This riverfront, ground floor condo overlooks the Ashley River from the patio.

You can sit on your covered back porch and watch the boats go by every morning while having your coffee.

This three bedroom home has two full baths, a spacious, open floor plan, fireplace, washer, dryer and refrigerator. The marina, gazebo and pool are just steps from your door.

Please note that river view is from certain areas of the property, not the entire condo. Your patio and living room have wonderful views of the Ashley River and marina. This is definitely the best building in the complex.


There is a $75 non-refundable cleaning fee and a $200 refundable deposit.
There are no additional fees or surcharges.

Check out at 11:00 am

Check in and out times are flexible at no extra charge if your check-in or check-out date doesn't coincide with another. Example: you're checking out on Sunday and no one is checking in on Sunday afternoon. We don't mind if you leave later that night. If no one is staying on Sunday night, then you can check in as early as you'd like on Sunday.

Why the Owner Chose Charleston

We chose Seagate Village as our vacation home because of it's great location. Everything you'd want to do or see is within 15 or 20 minutes. It's set in a quiet country setting with a beautiful marina, gazebo and pool.

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium

It's so nice for the guys to be able to walk out the door and go fishing in the front, while us ladies lounge at the pool in the back. While you are cooking you can watch the beautiful boats coming and going.
