The community is a 24 hour gated and guarded community. Come meet other active 55+ residents. Whether you're from Minnesota, North Dakota, Manitoba, British Columbia or Illinois (or any other state or province), you'll find many friends from home. There is a heated shared pool and hot tub nearby. This condo is located on a quiet limited access street.
We have upgraded furniture, with a complete built-in office in the second bedroom that includes a fold up Murphy queen sized bed. The master bedroom features patio access with a security door to enjoy the cool evening air. It also includes a private master bath and generous walk-in closet.
The condo includes upgraded appliances, full kitchen cooking and serving utensils, just like you have at home. We have separate breakfast nook and dining room with linens and other serving pieces to entertain.
We also provide a variety of reading materials, puzzles and board games.

Why the Owner Chose Fountain of the Sun
This community is located in the East Valley, close to shopping and entertainment. We love the closely knit community, with fitness classes, golf, and lively social life available. We have easy access to the entire Valley, with two entrances to the Phoenix freeway system within 2 miles of our condo. The winters are sunny and warm. And the Phoenix metro area has professionals sports franchises in every major league sports, including several MLB teams hosting their spring training here in March. We love baseball!

We love the quietness of Fountain of the Sun. We love the look of the night sky in the East Valley. We enjoy our friendly neighbors. We love fresh citrus on the trees right outside our door. We enjoy a good game of golf with friends. We love getting out for the many activities and attractions of Phoenix and then staying in for a lovely afternoon nap in this quiet condo.

I have mobility problems and I found this single story condo to be very comfortable. The condo is beautiful and the location is so close to great shopping and restaurants. The owners are really friendly and are nice people to deal with. We stayed during the warmer summer time and the covered parking right by the front door was a nice feature. I liked having a full size washer and dryer instead of a stack unit. The bedrooms are very large, especially the master. Would love to come back to this condo.

We stayed in this condo in late 2010. We found the condo to be very clean and it had easy access to numerous shops and restaurants. The condo came with many freebies such as wi-fi and cable. No stairs, ground floor only. It was very easy to use a walker in this unit. The owner was very friendly and nice to work with. We will be back to visit again.

Our family has stayed at this condo several times and we have been very pleased with the roomy feeling and the location. The king bed and queen murphy beds are super comfy and the citrus trees right outside the back porch are so good. We like the double covered carport and the full sized laundry room. Very safe location, in the middle of a gated community. Everything is immaculate, inside and outside. Great winter location.
